Went to the Bradford store after seeing you buy gold, wanted to get a price on my items, was served by hashim and Chris, the attitude and knowledge of both of them was outstanding compared to other places that deal with gold around the area this store is miles ahead of everyone, the fact they offer a way of testing the gold that doesn’t result in scratching and acid testing is miles better, not sure why other places don’t offer the same service but when I do decide to sell I will be back!

Came in early this week to get rid of my PlayStation. The shop was immaculate and the staff greeted me kindly and were quick to help me with what I needed. All round a great experience and gave me a good price for my console. 10/10 customer service.

I went into Mintro Manchester today to purchase a new phone, even though they did not have the one I wanted in store the staff were incredibly warming and helpful. Especially Danielle who recommended me to their website with more stock available for me to pick from! I’ve been in this shop numerous times and the staff have always been fantastic and go the extra mile to ensure the customers gets what they need.

I visited mintro in salford precinct today,12th September 2026,and was greated by the lovely Sonia,from the moment I walked in,she welcomed me with a lovely smile, immediately making me feel very comfortable.sonia explained the buyback service to me, including how I could walk out with the cash that day and buy my item back within 28 days for a small storage fee.she explained everything clearly and most importantly there was absolutely no pressure.this made me feel so relaxed and comfortable about going ahead with the transaction.as a new customer,Sonia made the whole experience really easy and pleasant.she was friendly,chatty and helpful throughout,and we even had a lovely conversation about the war days, which made the experience feel much more personal.i was extremely happy with the service I received and the way Sonia looked after me.i would definitely definitely return to mintro salford again,and I would be very happy to ne served by Sonia in the future.thank you Sonia for making my first experience such a positive one!
