If I could do minus stars I would. Products are lovely from this brand but if anything goes wrong don’t expect a refund. My parcel was sent back to the parcel shop after only one delivery attempt and then sent back to Bali body after a few days as I was working and couldn’t collect… fine no problem, I went the shop and bought what I needed from there. However, this was in MARCH and it’s now late JUNE and despite multiple emails to “Elle” and a promise of a refund if I cancelled the bank chargeback I’ve recieved absolutely nothing and now my emails are being ignored! Absolutely disgusting they can literally rob £65+ of people!!! Do not order online !!!

Bali body advertise themselves into a coma but offer ZERO customer service! I placed an order a week ago and have not so much as received a confirmation. Apparently major marketing makes it ok to be thieves! I have reached out on every platform possible and have had, again, ZERO feedback or even so much as an automated response.

It’s businesses like YOU that make the human race a skeptical one!

The reviews speak for themselves, only wanted to return my product ahead of shipment and got no response, paid for express shipping in order to receive my item before holiday, no chance. 2 weeks and still no response, don’t be swayed by any influencer on this brand.

This brand completely ruined my vacation! After using the “milk” I bought here (so heavily advertised on Instagram), my skin developed yellowish spots.
And the worst part? I couldn’t wash it off for 4–5 days!
Huge disappointment.

Never received my items and can’t in contact with the company.

Worst tan I’ve tried. Did a test with the face tanning serum and it is literally just bright orange. Like if I held an actual orange to my face you wouldn’t know where the orange started and my tan finished. The mousse is even worse. Pure orange type tan. The only thing i liked was it doesn’t have an overwhelming smell

FRAUD. Ordered 3 weeks ago, never received. Company never answered emails or DMs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fraud company :( made an order two weeks ago, and still didn’t receive the tracking or package. Contacted them 3 times for a clarification and they said my package failed for delivery…but they never send it!
Been waiting for weeks to get my refund but they don’t respond to my emails.
Buy you stuff somewhere else.

** Avoid** Like many other Bali Body consumers, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The serum makes my skin itch and colour doesn't last at all. I ordered another tan from them(before I had used the serum) and asked for it to be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering. Customer Service is terrible. They obviously don't check their emails.
I checked out their Instagram and so many users of their products complain about the quality and also the lack of customer support. This seems to be a scam company **please avoid**

Bought the gradual tanner and put on washed my hands after use and my hands are patchy. The tan is very deep after one application and smelt horrible and sticky all night. Would not recommend this product.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before purchasing Bali Body’s products. I bought their gradual tanning butter and gradual face tan and neither of the products honestly changed my skin tone at all. For the price and advertising I was expecting to feel at least slightly tanned! The products don’t smell as they are described either, more of an unpleasant, standard tanning smell without the tan. The body scrub was the only decent thing in my order but I can’t imagine they’re hard to produce. I tried to post my honest reviews on there but they clearly only post reviews with 4 stars plus which is really misleading and dishonest. It was then that I knew I shouldn’t have purchased their products. I’m sure more people than not have felt exactly the same about these two products but have been unable to post any negativity directly on Bali Body’s website…

Terrible gradual tanning butter! Absolutely nothing like what you see on their instagram posts. On application the butter leaves an awful gold shimmer all over your skin. The end result unfortunately was patchy and orange after just one application? So much for this being a gradual tanning butter! I followed the application instructions with pre exfoliation etc and used half the amount you see being used on instagram (which btw is just ridiculous) and still ended up like a streaky oompa-loompa! Oh and good luck trying to remove this :(

Absolute waste of money wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing. Sadly instagram is becoming a money trap full of influencers advertising below standard products with false results at the viewers expense. I will stick to my Dove gradual tan from now on for a quarter of the price with far superior results!

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Bali Body. I purchased their fake tan expecting great results, but the product was not as advertised at all. Despite following the instructions carefully (as someone who has used fake tan for years without any issues), the result was patchy, uneven, and far from the flawless finish they claim.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer service at the advised email address and received no response. I sent a follow-up email today, but I shouldn't have to chase them just to get a reply. For a brand that markets itself as premium, I expected much better quality and customer service.

Save your money and go for a more reliable brand – this one isn’t worth the hype!

I used to love this self tanning product but found it doesn’t last like it use to. A bit disappointing

The tanning solution went on well but the end look was terrible, began wearing off in patches, picked up light imperfections on skin so I looked like a cheetah on the savannah!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Takes money but does not deliver products. Lots of customers have ordered back in mid November 2024 and still have not received their orders. Customer service is non responsive.
Please report them!

They won’t even get a 1 star from me. This has been the most horrible purchase from an online store in my life. My package was non traceable. I emailed them, they didn’t answer. When they replied it was the same as before, I couldn’t track my order. They said they shipped it again but I never got the package. It’s been more than a month since I ordered it, that’s not normal. They just ignore my emails and I now have to contact my bank. I also asked them for a refund but they haven’t answered. I should have looked at reviews before. I’m so disappointed…. Never order from here, seems like a reoccurring thing with them

You can't track your order and customer service doesn't respond to you, regardless of the number of emails you sent!
I suspect I will be left both without products and money. This is ridiculous. Don't fall for the influencers' promises.

Awful customer service. Received a bottle of their fake tan as a birthday gift; when I went to use it, I noticed that the top was broken. Contacted customer services and as I didn’t have proof of purchase they weren’t interested. Products are clearly very cheaply made despite the high price tag and customer service is non existent!
