DO NOT BUY. This was the most ORANGE product I have ever tried. It also got ALL OVER my bedsheets so it is NOT as advertised and in fact does transfer. When you request a refund the company wants photographic evidence of it being orange and of the transfer. This is complete bs. This is what they wrote back to me "Regarding transfer, while the Clear Self Tanning Gel is designed to be transfer-resistant, factors such as perspiration, friction, applying too much product, or coming into contact with bedding before the tan has fully developed can sometimes contribute to transfer." Am I supposed to not sweat and never move while sleeping? I did not use too much product and I also waited hours before going to bed.

This company is a perfect example of how social media hype can completely misrepresent a product. The glowing Instagram marketing bears no resemblance to the reality. The product is ineffective, overpriced, and simply does not deliver on its promises.

I have been using tanning products for more than 20 years and can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever purchased. Not only was it a complete waste of money, but the experience that followed was even worse.

What truly sets this company apart—in the worst possible way—is its customer service. When customers raise legitimate concerns, they are not met with understanding or a willingness to help. Instead, complaints are dismissed, and customers are made to feel as though they are the problem.

A good company stands behind its products. This company hides behind marketing and treats criticism as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to improve.

Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money. There are countless better products on the market from companies that actually value their customers.

Without question one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.

This brand seems to be riding on Instagram hype, but in my experience, it is nowhere near worth the attention it gets. The marketing creates expectations that the product simply does not deliver, and the customer service is among the most unfriendly and dismissive I have ever encountered.

I have been using tanning products for over 20 years, and this is by far the worst one I have ever tried. Save your money and look elsewhere. What makes the experience even worse is that when you raise concerns, the company shows little interest in resolving the issue. Instead of helping customers, they seem more focused on arguing with them.

This review is not about the product because, unfortunately, it never even made it to my house. The delivery driver came to drop it off, I wasn't home, and I couldn't collect it. They didn't notify me about how to reschedule another time or if I could change it to a locker or a pickup point. Nothing. They tried again a week later at the exact same time, and I wasn't home again because, once more, nobody warned me in advance that it would arrive that day. So my package never arrived.

I called customer service to find out where my package was, to see if I could pick it up somewhere myself, change the delivery address, or choose a pickup point. I was even willing to go pick it up wherever it was, but I couldn't even get in touch with anyone. Unfortunately, my package is now on its way back to the warehouse it came from without me ever even laying eyes on it. On top of that, the tracking page is in Dutch, and obviously, I don't understand it, nor do I know how to change the information there to redirect my package so it could actually reach me.

Honestly, a very, very unpleasant experience. The product is way too expensive to be dealing with this delivery joke for over a month, only to finally see that it's heading back to the warehouse. Sincerely, I will never buy anything from a place like this again.

Ordered on Thursday last week and still don’t have my order!
And I don’t need a bunch of excuses either as to why and all the blablabla.
Won’t order again!!!

Wanted a sunkissed glow, got a satsuma cosplay instead. Applied exactly as instructed and somehow still ended up looking like I’d been basted for Christmas. Clung to every dry patch, turned my hands orange, and developed unevenly despite prep beforehand.

For a “gradual” tan, the regret developed incredibly fast.

Would not repurchase.

" The Clear Tanning Gel" This product is absolutely horrendous and on top of that it won't even come off, it left me streaky and ORANGE everywhere. I put it straight in the bin and I only just bought it yesterday. Would not recommend. It's terrible and also has high alcohol and perfume content which takes away the skin loving ingredients

I use the Clear 1hr Express Tan and I absolutely love it! The drama is that they use some random courier (Couriers Please??) and it always takes weeks to get to QLD!! I order a lot of stuff online from Victoria and this is BY FAR the slowest courier service out of there. Latest order was dispatched 26th of last month and now over 2 weeks later I have received ANOTHER “Item Delayed” notification…never thought I’d miss Australia Post!

Shocking product patchy streaky uneven do not buy .

Sent me a faulty product and have since ignored my emails. Will be buying from Look Fantastic from now on.

Should have read the reviews beforehand.. Placed an order in November- and I still haven’t received anything. Tried emailing several times without any response.
I guess marketing is the only place they actually put their effort in. Customer service is non existent and you’ll never see your products.
Best advice; talk to your bank- dispute the charges.

I’ve ordered these 2 products before 6 factor oil and 15 factor oil great products but amazing delivery and it was a bLK Friday deal I did pay for fast delivery but they came the next day super pleased with the service

I ordered the Bali Body tanning milk and I was not satisfied with the product. I wrote a review two times but never published. I contacted customer support to ask why my honest review wasn’t being posted. They told me that they collect reviews and publish them once a month, and they also sent me a replacement product. It is now 4 monyhs, and my review has still not been published.

Although I genuinely like one of their other products, I don’t think it’s fair to show only positive reviews under a product. It makes me hesitant to try any of their other items in the future. It feels like negative feedback is being smoothed over by sending out free replacement products instead of allowing customers to share honest experiences.

I live in the uk for reference, my parcel from Bali body was stolen, I quickly got in contact and offered proof and was sent a new one as gesture of good will ❤️ really appreciated it and also quick responses!

Terrible customer service. the website clears states it dispatches in 1-2 working days. They took 6 days to dispatch my order ( even with 2 emails to complain ) which meant i missed the parcel for my holiday . when i asked if i could return my un used items they clearly didn't read my email properly, as they said they wouldn't be able to refund on opened stock and expected me to pay for the return postage . I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY

I ordered and received a bottle of face serum. The bottle says it contains 30ml, but there’s not even half in there.

I love their products. Great smell and they give a long lasting tan

I really love these products, however very poor customer service. I received my package missing an item and i emailed a number of times and have not received a response or a refund.

I will not buy these products again directly from them and use companies like lookfantstic in future!
