" The Clear Tanning Gel" This product is absolutely horrendous and on top of that it won't even come off, it left me streaky and ORANGE everywhere. I put it straight in the bin and I only just bought it yesterday. Would not recommend. It's terrible and also has high alcohol and perfume content which takes away the skin loving ingredients

I use the Clear 1hr Express Tan and I absolutely love it! The drama is that they use some random courier (Couriers Please??) and it always takes weeks to get to QLD!! I order a lot of stuff online from Victoria and this is BY FAR the slowest courier service out of there. Latest order was dispatched 26th of last month and now over 2 weeks later I have received ANOTHER “Item Delayed” notification…never thought I’d miss Australia Post!

Shocking product patchy streaky uneven do not buy .

Sent me a faulty product and have since ignored my emails. Will be buying from Look Fantastic from now on.

Should have read the reviews beforehand.. Placed an order in November- and I still haven’t received anything. Tried emailing several times without any response.
I guess marketing is the only place they actually put their effort in. Customer service is non existent and you’ll never see your products.
Best advice; talk to your bank- dispute the charges.

I’ve ordered these 2 products before 6 factor oil and 15 factor oil great products but amazing delivery and it was a bLK Friday deal I did pay for fast delivery but they came the next day super pleased with the service

I ordered the Bali Body tanning milk and I was not satisfied with the product. I wrote a review two times but never published. I contacted customer support to ask why my honest review wasn’t being posted. They told me that they collect reviews and publish them once a month, and they also sent me a replacement product. It is now 4 monyhs, and my review has still not been published.

Although I genuinely like one of their other products, I don’t think it’s fair to show only positive reviews under a product. It makes me hesitant to try any of their other items in the future. It feels like negative feedback is being smoothed over by sending out free replacement products instead of allowing customers to share honest experiences.

I live in the uk for reference, my parcel from Bali body was stolen, I quickly got in contact and offered proof and was sent a new one as gesture of good will ❤️ really appreciated it and also quick responses!

Terrible customer service. the website clears states it dispatches in 1-2 working days. They took 6 days to dispatch my order ( even with 2 emails to complain ) which meant i missed the parcel for my holiday . when i asked if i could return my un used items they clearly didn't read my email properly, as they said they wouldn't be able to refund on opened stock and expected me to pay for the return postage . I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY

I ordered and received a bottle of face serum. The bottle says it contains 30ml, but there’s not even half in there.

I love their products. Great smell and they give a long lasting tan

I really love these products, however very poor customer service. I received my package missing an item and i emailed a number of times and have not received a response or a refund.

I will not buy these products again directly from them and use companies like lookfantstic in future!

If I could do minus stars I would. Products are lovely from this brand but if anything goes wrong don’t expect a refund. My parcel was sent back to the parcel shop after only one delivery attempt and then sent back to Bali body after a few days as I was working and couldn’t collect… fine no problem, I went the shop and bought what I needed from there. However, this was in MARCH and it’s now late JUNE and despite multiple emails to “Elle” and a promise of a refund if I cancelled the bank chargeback I’ve recieved absolutely nothing and now my emails are being ignored! Absolutely disgusting they can literally rob £65+ of people!!! Do not order online !!!

Bali body advertise themselves into a coma but offer ZERO customer service! I placed an order a week ago and have not so much as received a confirmation. Apparently major marketing makes it ok to be thieves! I have reached out on every platform possible and have had, again, ZERO feedback or even so much as an automated response.

It’s businesses like YOU that make the human race a skeptical one!

The reviews speak for themselves, only wanted to return my product ahead of shipment and got no response, paid for express shipping in order to receive my item before holiday, no chance. 2 weeks and still no response, don’t be swayed by any influencer on this brand.

If I could give zero stars, I would!
This brand completely ruined my vacation! After using the “milk” I bought here (so heavily advertised on Instagram), my skin developed yellowish spots.
And the worst part? I couldn’t wash it off for 4–5 days!
Huge disappointment.

Never received my items and can’t in contact with the company.

Worst tan I’ve tried. Did a test with the face tanning serum and it is literally just bright orange. Like if I held an actual orange to my face you wouldn’t know where the orange started and my tan finished. The mousse is even worse. Pure orange type tan. The only thing i liked was it doesn’t have an overwhelming smell
