I have an issue with the GO powder dissolving. The product ‘clumps up’ and does not dissolve, despite vigorous stirring.

Reaching out to customer support I was met with a "tough cookies" response and a well developed "tips" sheet (below) to use to force it to dissolve, which is completely impractical as the packets are touted that they can be "taken anywhere", and the recommended steps below are completely impractical for restaurant or other uses out of the home.

Below is what was sent to me. Obviously this is not the first time this sheet has been sent out.

Try this step-by-step:
1. Start with a splash of warm water (1–2 oz).
Not hot—just lukewarm. Add the powder to this first.
2. Make a smooth base.
Stir briskly 10–15 seconds (or cap and shake). You’re making a quick slurry so every particle is wet.
3. Top off with your drink.
Add your cold water/juice/sparkling drink (6–12 oz is typical), then stir or shake a few seconds.
4. Rinse the walls.
If any powder sticks to the glass, add a small splash of liquid, swirl, and it will lift right off.
For carbonated drinks (ginger ale, etc.):
Pre-mix in plain water first (Steps 1–2), then pour in the soda slowly and give a gentle stir. This prevents foaming and clinging.

Fast tools (optional):
A shaker bottle, handheld milk frother, or blender bottle works great—liquid in first, then Sprinkle, then shake/froth for 10–15 seconds and top off with ice.

I have had trouble sleeping for years. This product has been a godsend for me. I have my subscription all setup and it works great for me.

With sprinkle you can put the exact amount you want into your drink. Sprinkled it in Guiness 0 for the perfect St. Patty’s Drink

I really enjoy sprinkle. I add it to my drinks and enjoy the evening. It is tasteless and dissolves quickly. I do not like the taste of hemp, so this is a great option. I also love that it stays potent for a long time. The quickness is surprising and refreshing.

GO mixes well with any drink with no affect to the taste of the beverage, which is great! I like the ease in preparation as well as the gentle calm. No crashes or headaches! Im clear and calm, not sluggish and foggy therefore I can continue about my day productively.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I started with a half scoop instead of the full scoop and that was plenty for me - but I'm a lightweight 😁! It wasn't too mild and it wasn't too intense - perfect for me. The onset was about ten minutes and lasted all evening. This is exactly what I was looking for and I think this company will be around for a long time!
