Very good
Imtiaz surveyed the house we hope to purchase. He did a very thorough job. He called me during the evening of the inspection to discuss the main points that he found and then the full survey was available online within two days. The document itself included quite a few good quality photos.
I was very happy with the whole process of getting a survey done by Trent Bridge Surveyors and am pleased to recommend them

Great Experience
Great experience with Trent Bridge Surveyors! I was confused to arrange my own survey but Imtiaz was approachable, responsive and supportive throughout. The turnaround time for the report was very quick and thorough, and they went the extra mile to talk me through the report if I wanted. The service was excellent - I highly recommend Trent Bridge Surveyors!

We had a Help to Buy Valuation. Amazing service! Got booked in the next working day, as they managed to squeeze us in last minute. The guy who came (Imtiaz) was quick, and professional, and got the full report back to us quickly within 2 days, when initially we would have had to wait 3 days for a report. He kept us in the loop. Highly recommend.

A pleasant experience
Imtiaz was very professional and great. He had time to discuss the project in detail, called back to give a brief overview and spent over an hour talking me through the report. The report itself is detailed and self explanatory even a first time buyer like myself can understand

Outstanding Experience

Level 2 Survey
Imtiaz was allocated for my home buyer level 2 survey , he produced a detailed report for a very reasonable fee compared to other quotes I had received (approx 30% less).
Although I wasnt expecting any major issues with the property, he did note a couple of potential future issues which gave me a heads up when purchasing the property.
Would recommend to others requiring a similar service.
