Would highly recommed
Everyone that we spoke to at Trent Bridge Surveyors was very helpful. They were very accommodating to our needs as we were limited to when we could have the survey take place. Imtiaz gave us loads of advice on how to take care of the property we are buying and the changes we should make to it. If we buy another property in Nottingham we wouldn't hesitate to use Trent Bridge Surveyors again, they were also one of the most reasonably priced for the service we had.

Very happy with Surveyor. Competitive price for level 3 survey which was also organised promptly. Very good communication throughout and a comprehensive report was received within a couple of days as promised. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Great service
Easy process of booking the survey and managed to get the survey carried out within a few days of booking. Imtiaz called me the day he completed the survey to give me a summary of the findings and then I received the full report a few days later. Very thorough and informative report with pictures included. Also easy to get in touch with for any concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend!

Was informed I would receive report…
Was informed I would receive report within 3 working days....surveyor then moved the gold posts to 4 working days maybe!!. When you need report and want to react quickly on findings this is not good enough. Am buying multiple houses atm will not use again as clearly not reliable and do not do what they say. In the housing market fast reliable service is a must so would not recommend this company. Telephone number given to queries not at all helpful very dismissive
There was nothing rcvd before 5pm Friday? Maybe you could send screen shot of date and time? I mentioned 4 days because the surveyor himself said 3 to 4 working days. When I stated the claim was for report within 3 days he said not always possible

Hi Kate, Your report was uploaded at 8PM on working day number 3.
Nowhere do we claim nor guarantee it will be by 5PM as we do work after 5PM on our end; and this was also mentioned to you on the phone when you called to ascertain the report would arrive by 5PM because you had booked a tradesperson to attend shortly after 5PM. Whilst that could be efficient on your part, perhaps due to short timescales, even had the report been with you by 5PM you would not have given yourself a chance to review the report in any detail and, as you say you purchase multiple houses you would know the importance of going through a report first in detail before step 2, instructing a tradesperson to tackle the issues picked up.
It would be a different scenario had it been 3 days and you received it after 5, but it was on working day number 3 and as such we find this review unfair.

With Trent Bridge Surveyors, they were quick to book an appointment and quick to do the report - a valuable thing when you want to move on a sale. Imtiaz even did a second visit for me within the price because the vendor left the loft access closed. I spoke to Imtiaz at several points and he was able to give me as much information as I could have reasonably have expected on all the points raised.

We had a Level 2 survey.
From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The team were very helpful when arranging the survey and Imtiaz goes above and beyond. He called after the survey to discuss some minor problems and we had the report within a few days. It was well presented and easy to read.
Would highly recommend this service.

Imtiaz Level 3 Survey
We carried out a Level 3 Survey.
Imtiaz was very helpful through this process, spoke to me multiple times via phone to clarify issues and give advice. I couldn't recommend this company and Imtiaz enough to get your home survey.
The report is great and easy to understand, the survey took place in the same week we booked it, and the report followed promptly 3 days later.
