The BTB team have been excellent. Any communication with them has been answered quickly and efficiently. The survey was comprehensive and well written. Photos told a story, thanks to you all.

Fabulous service. Easy contact. Incredibly detailed survey with photos. Things which are not noticed by the naked eye when doing house viewing. Good to have links elsewhere (backed safe services) to get additional information and quotes for work thats required going forward. Survey is easy to follow. But great that i can ask emailed follow up questions for more clarification. It’s good to feel informed about house materials, regulation requirements and what to do next. I could not recommend this service enough.

I am impressed with the efficiency of my survey. They were prompt and booked it quickly with the estate agent and the report was very detailed, with photos to show evidence of issues. This was really helpful when I took it to the estate agents to sort out the issues before proceeding with the sale. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service!

This being the first time buying a home and dealing with the survey and Solicitors BTB was recommended to me via a good friend and BTB were very quick and thorough we had originally asked for a level 3 but on inspection BTB recommended only a level 2 saving myself some money in the process.

Fantastic service - quick and efficient

Within 10 minutes they had contacted my estate agent and agreed a date to do the survey. Survey report came back equally as quick and was incredibly detailed but easy to understand with lots of pictures to explain things.
Would absolutely recommend and will use again when I next move house.
