Had a level 3 survey conducted on a house I'd had an offer accepted on. The survey was really thorough and highlighted an number of issues that were going to be expensive to fix. The survey led the offer being reduced by £10,000. Can't thank Trent Bridge Surveyors enough.

Had a really positive experience with Trent Bridge Surveyors. After a lot of research I decided to use this company to complete a level 3 survey for me. Imtiaz completed my survey and report which was very detailed and comprehensive. It was clear he left no stone unturned in the property! Imtiaz was also very helpful with a couple of phone calls to talk things through with me so I fully understood the findings in the report. I can't thank him enough. I'll be recommending to friends and family.

He was approachable, friendly, and took the time to explain things in a simple, clear way without overcomplicating anything. I felt he was honest in his assessment, pointing out both the good and the areas to keep an eye on. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer questions, which really helped. We used this company for a level two survey recently, the price was reasonable compared to a lot of other companies and the communication/customer service was great, very friendly and responsive. The survey itself was very detailed and did not require any further clarification.

Professional service at a fair price. It was easy to do the initial set up and booking online. the survey was carried out on a Wednesday and I then recieved the report the following Monday morning. The surveyor Imtiaz then called me later that morning and ran through the issues that came up on the report and answered any questions I had.
