Price is amazing and service was exceptional

This company is not very nice was speaking with a man called Kurt if I new then what I no now there is no chance I would be booking with this company I have tried to change the dates and the lady said that will be 585 please and I said for what she said the holiday is 100% none refundable never herd the likes company’s like the need investigation how can you charge me again for the same thing I have asked to speak to a manager no response this is a shocking company and I will never use them again

Don’t waste your time or money!

After spending hours dealing with them, they changed the hotel at the last min, apparently better for us. In looking then it was a horrendous hotel with the worst reviews. I asked before it was finalised with documents to change the hotel due to this and was told I would have to just pay again. I was told to call a number who would help, waited 4 hours at which point travel documents came through and was told if I’d have done it before that I could have changed it! I did ask before this they are just scammers. I’m not going to let this go! People don’t have endless of thousands of pounds to pay for substandard hotels. Gregor is a lier and scammer!

Rang Traveltrek to book a last minute holiday today, spoke to a member of the team called Albert who was fantastic.
However I mistakenly booked a holiday to morrocco over the phone without looking too deeply into the reviews on trust pilot and was mortified. I rang him back 10 minutes after booking being very stressed and asked him to change hotel. He was fantastic, he found me a good deal with a completely different holiday with no bother. Such an easy process, so helpful and patient. Thanks Albert, will use Traveltrek to book a holiday again next year.

Sophia was so helpful changing my hotel booking at the last minute. I had bad reviews from the hotel I had booked and 1 week before my son and I are due to fly she found me a much better hotel and all was changed and booked within an hour of me calling. Will always use Travel Trek for all my future holiday bookings.

Have a very sly and underhand way of selling holidays. We rang them through Cheeky Trip and asked for a price on holiday we'd seen. The price given was not as low as advertised in Cheeky Trip but we still thought it was a good price so agreed to book. The agents name was "Edmund" , comes up a lot in the reviews on here so bear that in mind! Double checked price was everything included we wanted and paid by credit card. AFTER payment was made we recieved a invoice which had an extra charge of £160 which we were advised had to be paid at a later date before travel/flight details are sent?! At no point was this brought up or mentioned in our initial call or before payment! Really poor way to do business. Arguments on the phone to Edmund got us nowhere, then spoke to a manager who agreed to reduce this extra fee to £116 and offer us a voucher for a future holiday booked with them (like I'd come back to this company?) The overall price was still ok and our holiday was good but this is just a really dishonest way of doing business and spoiled things.

Gregor was patient in finding a suitable holiday for us. He discussed various options and helped us to make an informed decision on the resort that met the needs of 3 generations of travellers.

Gregor was great start to finish.
Found us our dream little girly trip.

i was only booked for 6 nights not the 7 night which i have text confirming 7, i was making my comparison online , i was looking for a holiday for 2 adults 2 children both aged 16, i had to be the one to tell them what i required ie) 4 x cases and shuttle to /from hotel for us all, very keen to get deposit but not to verify exactly what you get,only an email which you have to read and reply "im happy "why they are on the phone, this is when i noticed admin cost added to my total which was not mentioned in any call or text prior, hence i queried it and wasn't going to go ahead with my booking.However this was sorted and I paid the deposit , i asked about car parking which I was told I can sort out with there customer services team after ive paid in full, when I queried the seats for the flight i was told I'll get confirmation once its paid in full 3 weeks later paid the balance after I received the email with holiday details transfer flights shuttle etc there is no mention of seat / row number i tried going on the Ryanair official website with my flight booking ref and it cannot see my reservation or manage my flights, Now to add insult to injury i have gone to love holiday same flights ,cases shuttle and booked seats, both ways and its 400 cheaper than what I paid.Never again.Guess I'll just have to wsit till we fly out and hope we manage to get rested together. 27.06.26

Absolutely fantastic service from Gregor. Not pushy to sell and always helped with other options . I did have many 🤦🏻.

Gregor was fantastic and helped in every step of booking my holiday. He was also available for any queries I had throughout and was a delight to speak to! Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Avoid!!! Gregory was so helpful in booking my holiday till I made the payment he was forcing me ringing me messeging me everyday on WhatsApp then he changed and ignored me once I made payment. I was given false information by him that we was going to be allowed 10 kg cabin baggage that goes over the head locker but once tickets were issued it said small bag under the seat which I then had to buy extra baggage from easy jet from my own pocket the hotel he gave me was crap one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life.
After I made payment I was called from travel trek to say I had to pay 198 on top I refused after arguing they managed to drop the price to 50 which I paid. Looked as if this payment was for Gregory as was told they were loosing money booking my holiday please avoid this company or teletext holidays as once you ring teletext holidays your diverted to these muppets who are from India giving out there fake names......

First time booking a flight, stay and cruise holiday.

Kalyan was very helpful with information answering my questions. Once booked I had many more questions, mainly things I had not thought about until I received the booking info. they too were answered to my satisfaction.
Now looking forward to the journey.

Would recommend and use this company again.

There were a few challenges with our booking in relation to the airport distance from our Hotel “Sophia” was extremely helpful and supportive. She was passionate in ensuring our query was resolved and followed up to keep us in the loop thank you for your support.
