It was so easy to talk to Albert from travel trek he was so good and wanted to ensure I was happy with the holiday
I was a pain to be honest as needed to change things and he done his best to make it right
Transfer plane and hotel was spot on no delays

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! .. They chose the apartments when booking and I paid in full, but they rang me 3 hours later stating that were ‘works going on’ at the accommodation and they booked us into alternate accommodation, but when we then checked Trip Advisor it was 79th out of 80, and the reviews were horrendous! .. I contacted the originally booked apartments to ask what ‘works’ were happening and they told me that there were no works happening? .. when I called this company the following day to tell them this they denied saying this was the reason for the cancellation and that it was due to being no rooms available, which was all lies .. they then tried to tell me that a cancellation was available at the first apartments, but it would be an extra £135pp! .. So, they expected me to pay them a further £270 to stay where they originally booked, which I declined and said I would just contact my credit card company for a refund, which I have received and have now booked our holiday with a reputable company .. disgusting people and I will never use again!.

We was looking for a great holiday deal and came across Travel Trek and we spoke to Edmund told him what we need and he sorted out the best options available. He was very helpful from start to finish will be booking with this company again

Martin made this whole booking very straightforward. He explained everything clearly and made several good recommendations re luggage, transfers etc. Much appreciated and a great personality.

Albert has been a diamond in helping me out with my holiday. I am dyslexic etc and he made sure I was happy with everything he said/typed. And if I needed any help to just message him. I know he is doing his job but we could do with more people in the world like Albert. Thank you once again. Neil

Stay away from these scammers thy will book holiday but you don't get hat you want transfer driver never come to pick e up from hotel had to geta taxi paid 100 pounds got back to uk rang them up asking for my refund been 4 weeks nota penny not received stay away from this travel company pls

Avoid at all costs .lied to charged exta and ended up in a complete dump .mot the hotel i booked .not all inclusive as booked

Alex was vetybhelpfull.first time ive booked a holiday with you and at my age was worried how to do it..Alex went above and beyond to help me.so so happy with how it all went.He even got me a nearer flight from home.

This was the worst travel company I have ever had the misfortune of booking with!
We found the holiday we wanted and called them up, we were given a cost of around £450 so said ok lets book, so an hour later the guy sends me an email to confirm, flight times were completely different, something like a 5am return so I said no i want the other flights, so those flights apparently didn't have 4 seats available (which when i went onto the airline later one still had loads of seats available!) so the flights he found were an extra £100 each, ok fine we will go with them ones, then another email to confirm, at the bottom of the email is a line which says there is a £39 charge per person each way for something or other (this was not them it had something to do with the airline!) well I had been on the phone for so long and just wanted to get it done with so ok, went along with that. So asked for confirmation that he added the taxi transfer and not a coach (Which was one of the original requests) no, that's extra too .
OMG this went on with literally everything! there was an add on for this an add on for that!!!
by now we had reached £801! so i spoke with the others in the party and decided because i had spend sooooo long on the phone to these people we would go ahead (totally against our better judgement really, only have ourselves to blame for going along with all the extras, should have just said no and gone somewhere else)
So anyway that's it, all booked ..................
wrong - an hour later i get a phone call saying that the standard rooms we booked weren't available and they could upgrade us for an extra £49 per person!!!!!
at this stage i lost it and told them to forget the whole thing and cancel, i'd had enough.
ok, we can upgrade for £49 per room then?? NO! CANCEL!!
Oh i cant cancel apparently because it wasn't a 'package deal' the flights had already been booked and paid for so we cant cancel. however my Atol certificate confirmed that it WAS a package holiday (you book a flight and hotel at the same time it becomes a package deal) I told them to call me the next day as i was too angry to speak with them by this point.
Next day they call, they can now offer the upgrade at £29 pp!!
told them to cancel because they hadn't delivered what I booked, they come back with the 'not a package holiday' bo*****s again, i read the package holiday act to them and told them to cancel or provide what i booked.
Later on I got a call from the manager saying he had managed to secure the standard rooms from another supplier!! how very convenient!
After all that, we actually got sea view rooms, i don't think there were any rooms that weren't sea / pool view as well, so that was just a scam to get more money from us.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
This by the way was via the Holiday Discount Centre website, i read in another review that other companies on this site do exactly the same, just keep adding on extra charges. so i wouldn't use the Holiday Discount Centre either.

I had great communication with Alex and he sorted out the best deal for us.

This company is not very nice was speaking with a man called Kurt if I new then what I no now there is no chance I would be booking with this company I have tried to change the dates and the lady said that will be 585 please and I said for what she said the holiday is 100% none refundable never herd the likes company’s like the need investigation how can you charge me again for the same thing I have asked to speak to a manager no response this is a shocking company and I will never use them again

Don’t waste your time or money!

After spending hours dealing with them, they changed the hotel at the last min, apparently better for us. In looking then it was a horrendous hotel with the worst reviews. I asked before it was finalised with documents to change the hotel due to this and was told I would have to just pay again. I was told to call a number who would help, waited 4 hours at which point travel documents came through and was told if I’d have done it before that I could have changed it! I did ask before this they are just scammers. I’m not going to let this go! People don’t have endless of thousands of pounds to pay for substandard hotels. Gregor is a lier and scammer!
