Booked in January 2023 to to go to Disneyland Paris in June 2023. spoke to a man called ‘Ronnie’ who then took my card details to pay. Then told me the dates wernt available so had to go a week later which we didn’t want to. He wouldn’t have no for an answer and then said ok I will cancel it but you will lose all your money so I had no choice as I’d just given my debit card detail. He told the hotel was in Disney land but when I googled it it was 1 hour and 10 minutes away from the park. I Googled and found a hotel myself closer to the park and told him the name of it to which he said he would book it. I paid an extra £183 for a family room rather than a quadrupleRoom but after 3 days of emailing For my booking confirmation it turns out I only have a quadruple room. Sent email

Phoned them off a different number and explained the problem therefore wanted the difference in money back To which I was told it is none Refundable. Absolute joke of a company. Got totally ripped off
Got totally ripped off. Quoted one price which was highly inflated after we paid deposit. Have tried to make the best of bad situation and pay another installment but they can only take payment from 11am to 5pm. Phillip and Michael incredibly rude. Michael apparently isn't here to serve anyone?????? Actually the most unprofessional outfit ever. Shocking customer service

CROOKS! Take your money and lie about what they’ve booked. By the time you’ve read reviews about them it’s too late as they’re on price comparison sites. I didn’t know who I’d paid until after the payment went thru on my account. Philip confirmed he booked an early am flight and after I arrived at the airport I discovered he’d booked an 8.25 pm flight. When you’re only away for 4 days losing an entire day matters. I had to pay for new flights and travel from Gatwick to Stansted. Needless to say I’ve not had a response to my emails.

Beware of this company! We booked a holiday through them and they tricked me. A woman called Alice took my card details and said she was putting me through to the customer services. Once I got through to her boss he then said we each had to pay an additional £24 plus another £15. This was in addition to the amount I had already been quoted. Has Alice already had my card details I was not sure whether the deposit had already been taken or not.I asked for two cases to be added on but she did not give me a separate price for this. She then told me that the cases were included in the initial quotation. There were four of us travelling so why didn’t we all get 15 kg allowance? Plus the fact that she quoted 23 kg at the beginning. I was on the phone most of the day trying to establish exactly what I was paying for. I was told that my invoice would be itemised but when it arrived it only had the deposit and balance figures on it. I have never dealt with such A dodgy company before. Every time I tried to speak to her she spoke over me and shouted. I said I wanted a deposit my deposit back but she was insistent that this was not possible. To boot, having now paid the balance because I could not get my deposit back , I have just received another email from them claiming another £5.36. God alone knows what that’s for! If you are thinking of booking with these people please be very careful. They are dishonest.
My travel companions and I will be taking this up with Trading standards as well as Abtol. I m also requesting copies of all the telephone conversations.

Travelopedia Ltd are an absolute disgrace of a company, I will never ever book another holiday with them, they will not deal with any problems you may encounter with your holiday, my example is they gave incorrect information regarding my pick up transfer which we ended up missing, we were told to book a taxi to the airport which cost us £100 and claim a refund on return to th UK, between me and my wife we have made over 30 phone calls and sent emails but 3 months later and no refund or response back as they will promise you on the phone, the staff are very rude and unhelpful AVOID BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM AT ALL EVER, I Am going to post this everywhere I can be warned !!!!!!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! Paid for a all inclusive and arrived at destination to a bed and breakfast.
Contacted via internet on day 1 ,01/04/22, again via telephone on 10th/ 11th/ and 27th ,and again 17th May ,on each occasion fobbed off with B/S as well as being told it’s the first they’ve heard of it yet I’ve acknowledgements from them through emails sent .
Called again 19th after zero response still and now told issues are resolved in 28 days and will be in contact . What day do these 28 days start then I asked , from 27th April in yet you were informed 1st April!
They totally ignore contact and responding to you , wouldn’t trust them to look after a boiled egg let alone your holiday arrangement or money. They pick a name out of the hat when picking up the phone anything from ,Ray, Dave , Steve, sarah,Darren , these just a few I’ve spoken with. Sounds like they’re working out or a family home not an office according to the sounds of screaming kids and a washing machine on two occasions. Still fighting to resolve the issue ,their 28 days are up on 25th of May 2022 so we’ll see.
They simply ignore your emails , I’ve a file 2” thick with copies of emails ,transcripts from telephone conversations,times ,dates and who we spoke with .
You also don’t quite know which company your dealing with either!
Could be any of these 3 I’ve dealt with so far ,
Holidaydew, holidayglobe , or Travelpedia !
They are the most arrogant/ rude/ ignorant company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with and wouldn’t recommend them at all. Be warned ,they are shocking.
I will however keep on at them to resolve this matter to the bitter end ,on principle alone I will keep on and on until settled .

Amazingly after putting this up Holidayglobe have emailed me .
Now they say the supplier will require receipts for our expenses I.e.meals ,cups of tea/coffee etc.
How ridiculous! This is dead simple , I Paid for All Inclusive and got Bed & Breakfast,pay the damn difference. What a cheek ! Be careful using this lot , you will get screwed as I have.

Citizens advice contacted and rights confirmed I.e. chapter and verse on where I stand so letter sent.
Guess what; no response as expected so sent my file over to Rip Off Britain at the BBC .
IT REALLY DIDNT HAVE TO GO THIS FAR HOLIDAYDEW/ HOLIDAYGLOBE OR TRAVELPEDIA.

These people are a joke, ripped us off for a holiday booked just before Covid started and then not refunding us when lockdown was in progress. Even tried sending me a 'virus' when I asked for a copy of our travel documents to pursue via our credit card company. AVOID at all costs!

Trying to get a refund from a flight cancellation in 2020 due to covid. Has anyone managed this or am I amongst many in the losing battle from this money stealing company . Never ever book anything through them.

Con site. Advertise prices online with a price guarantee. They will call you 5 minutes later and say those prices are not available and will hike up the prices by 3x the cost. Stay well away from them and all their subsidies. All cons artists.

i booked with travel pedia ltd rercommended by cheeky trip for a holiday in benidorm on arrival at what was supposed to be accommodation with reception it was not. I had to book into another hotel for the night. attempted again in the morning t and told i had to pick up the keys from a agent, when i got to the agent they told me my accommodation had been cancelled 2 days after it was booked. I have contacted travel pedia for a refund they said that ubless i a ccept an offer of £179 , my accommodation fee was £ 282 which is over a £100 more than what they were offering me the offer will be withdrawn. i would not trust either cheeky trip or travel pedia to organise anything again, so please be aware that if they are companies to avoid.

My long haul flight for two booked with Travelopedia/Flightoffice was cancelled in spring 2020 due to COVID-19. It has been very difficult to get hold with the travel agency ever since. They just ignore the emails and do not answer phones. On the rare occasions when they do respond, they use an excuse that the airline has not refunded the money to them yet. The agent always suggests to contact again at later date or next month. They use obvious avoidance and delay strategy in the hope that customer just gives up after a long wait. In my case, this process has been going on for almost two years soon.
I also contacted the airline, which confirmed already in 2020 they gave permission to all UK travel agencies to issue full refunds for the cancelled flights.
So it is clearly Travelopedia/Flightoffice that is just withholding the customer's money without having provided any service.
rather book holiday money with them, you can throw it in the toilet and flash it.
In my whole life, I have never received a terrible service like travelopedialtd and right now for past one year I am suffering with my holiday. last time I reschedule my holiday because of Airlines cancel its flight and no one from travelopedia take any responsibility about it and I need to pay extra to reschedule my holiday again and this time same thing happens. I have called their customer service more than 100 times and they keep saying someone will call me but in past two weeks nobody called me. Only things is that my holiday has cancelled because airlines cancelled the flight and wants to reschedule my holiday but it is my bad luck that I have chosen travelopedia which is a nightmare for me now. when i booked a holiday they behaved like an angel and after going wrong with my holiday the same people behaved like a devil. I have make the biggest mistake of my life too book holiday with them. please everyone stay away from this company and their subsidiaries company. terrible terrible terrible service. I am planning to sue them and I will with no win no fee lawyer.

Due to fly to Corfu 20th October. Both children have now tested positive with Covid 19. No way will we be able to go on this holiday. This company want to charge £300 in fees to cancel and will not issue any refund. They will change the holiday to a different date but will cost an additional £1500 which is what this one cost. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Also at booking they give you one price then add £400 in fees. Lesson learned use a reputable company not this one!

I booked a holiday which was cancelled. They gave me a credit note and every time they price a holiday for me it’s always about £400 dearer than booking it on the internet. This is so that my credit note will technically not be repaid to me. £900 for a week B and B in fuerteventura which I can book myself for £570 myself. So if you take my credit note off their price it comes to £570. How strange. They say if I book it online myself, whdn I get there, the hotel will add on extras like WiFi fridge etc. These are already included in my price. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ATE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
