We booked a holiday, 6 people, total cost £4,006.44. It got cancelled due to covid lockdown. We were entitled to a full refund. They ignored calls, lied, made out they were somebody else, passed us on to someone else, cut the call off, didnt answer, said they were dealing with it and did nothing. This went on for 3 years. We got our refund today only thanks to the financial ombudsman.
