Easy to book, fantastic guides, hassle free holidays

Laura our tour guide was absolutely fantastic and looked after all our needs with a smile and laugh. Luccia was also a breath of fresh air and led us in singing Nessun Dorma during our tour.Fantastic people. The Tuscany Tour should be on everyone’s bucket list.

The Grand Hotel Menaggio in Lake Como was amazing mainly due to the spectacular views. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were great. Overall all of our excursions started promptly on time and lived up to expectations. Our main guide Carol was excellent, gave just enough and clear information throughout, with a bit of humour thrown in. Our guide in Milan was also excellent as were all the drivers. Would recommend the Travel Department trips based on this, my first one with them.

Absolutely brilliant holiday , well organised, wonderful weather, very knowledgeable and helpful guides, Barbara and Anna.

Very well organised, from the moment we met our guide at the airport the holiday ran very smoothly with no issues, hotel was fantastic, the bus was modern and clean, packed lunches were very good and Sergio our guide who was native to Maderia couldnt have been any better.

Lovely being met at the airport. Claudia was an excellent guide, as were all the guides in each city we visited. The hotel in Montecatini was wonderful and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was dissappointing not enough places to hang clothes, no safe ,air con not working at times ,unable to put umbrellas up at pool ,food particularly breakfast was poor

From the time of booking the holiday at T.D. in Arnotts i found it to be a very friendly and professional experience. The holiday itself was idea for a solo traveller and for anyone looking to sample what Italy has to offer. It was excellent.

Excellent itinerary. Every day was full of new experiences! Our guide Anurag , driver Malkeet and his assistant Babu were all amazing. Good hotels, good food, great group of people.

As I said in previous review, the location was perfect. Excursions very good.
Disappointed with gluten free options for breakfast - packet white bread - last two mornings brown bread available.
WiFi absolutely appalling no service in bedrooms. Loved our guide and everything else.

Great holiday great people and great guide

We had a wonderful holiday in Cannes. Anke, the guide was excellent and very helpful. We went on some great trips and the group gelled well . The hotel was in a great location and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this trip

Company knows it's client base and meets it without being too mother hen. Help is there when needed but people are free to do their own thing when they wish. Only complaint is that sometimes the hotels are not very central but I think the company are thriving to rectify this.

The holiday was as promised, the information provided was accurate and the booking process worked well.
