Two Failed Orders
Technical issues with the site and app have prevented two orders from being used resulting in numerous contacts with customer service.
My first order took considerable time to not get to a resolution, so a refund was sought instead. My second order the app would not work so again had to escalate. The issue hasn’t been resolved at point of contact as needed forwarding to the technical team, and I could not get a refund either as that also required approval (which it didn’t the first time).
I cannot fully rate the service as I can’t get as far as installing the eSIM to my device hence the lower score. It might be a good service, but the ordering and app for me at least, aren’t.
UPDATE:
Lebara have tried to contact me to discuss the issue multiple times via phone and email, I replied via email saying I’d just like a refund as I will go elsewhere for my eSIM. They’ve ignored this and then continue to try and to ring me on WhatsApp then too. Lowering score from 2 stars to 1 star due to them ignoring my requests and then trying to spam call me numerous times. Awful company.

Upon returning home I contacted Lebara and spoke to Rutwik who apologised and credited my account.
Disappointed the eSIM failed to activate.

Simple and straightforward
I researched for an Esim to use in the USA. After finding a suitable price, Lebara seemed to be perfect. I installed the app, Esim and on arrival in the USA, activated it. There was a connection issue, but it was resolved straight away after a chat online. Great customer service.
