Patient advice on using a travel eSIM from Lebara
To avoid high mobile phone charges whilst abroad I purchased a travel eSIM add on with Lebara who provide my mobile phone service. As I am from the pre internet age I am anything but tech savvy.As such I phoned Lebara Travel to get them to talk through what I needed to do. The adviser,Rohan(?) I spoke to was very patient with me and confirmed I had done all I needed to do.

I accidentally purchased a duplicate…
I accidentally purchased a duplicate Travel e-Sim and immediately discovered that it wasn't compatible with my phone. It was a complicated situation to resolve but Arjun was able to fix it and initiate a full refund to my credit card.
