The only positive thing I can say it’s that installation was easy. The rest? It says you are on 5G and literally no connectivity at all. It happens in a big city. If you depend on it for anything… bad bad. Don’t bother with it. I had to buy a different eSIM

Problem with my eSIM resolved
When I got to Spain I thought my eSIM was set up ready to go.But realised data was being taken from my physical sim.
On contacting you on chat the very pleasant /person / bot helped me change my iPhone settings to allow the eSIM to take over .
