Could not activate
I bought a £5 e-Sim for my (iPhone SE 2022) in the USA from Sat 26 Sept to Mon 28 2026), but I could not activate it. I tried everything on the list (many times).
I also spoke to their help line late on Sept 26 (USA time), They (?their bot) ended that “chat” just as I was about to say something. The experience was substandard.
I returned to the UK without being able to activate the eSIM and I would like my £5 repaid. Particularly, given their “freindly" email that arrived after I got back called 'Just Checking In While You Travel ✈️’. Not impressed!

I had support from Chetan to enable a refund for my esim as it didn't work. He did the checks needed and then started the process for the refund. Very helpful.

Excellent service
I've had reason to contact Lebara about using their e-sim for an upcoming trip - but the reason I got in touch was all down to my failure to understand some basic instructions. I've contacted them before and the service is always excellent - as was demonstrated by my chat with Rutwik earlier today. Like his colleagues that I've dealt with, he was patient and understanding. He gave me the information I needed and followed it up with an informative e-mail. 10/10 for excellent service!
