The APP showed my data usage. Note that the green bar isnt showing what you've used , it's showing what is left. I contacted the online chat and spoke to Shubham, he checked and confirmed what data is had left. Very efficient service and put my mind at rest!

Learning the hard way about an esim
I was on holiday and needed roaming data as the hotel wifi was poor. I bought some add on data but it was much cheaper to use an esim - something I had never used before in all of my 71 years. Needless to say that it didn't work so I tried again, once more apparently unsuccessfully. Faced with this I bought more roaming data and completed the holiday.
It transpires that I should have downloaded the esim but I didn't so I noticed I had been charged for both transactions when I looked at my bank statement after returning home.
I tried standard Lebara customer services as they've always been helpful and they put me on to their separate travel section. After a few minutes of explanation and checking the refund for the esim's I never used is now on it's way back to my account. Excellent service again

The online assistant
The online assistant, in my case: Anurag, assisted me with my travel eSim issue, was very good. I first tried to reply to the email I originally received, but it bounced back a day later. And I couldn't find any email address on Lebara's website. But the online assistant actually helped a lot.
