Fantastic service
This is a dawdle to buy through the app and set up when you land in your country of choice. My eSIM showed up as ‘business’ so I didn’t recognise it. I contacted lebara help and they solved the problem straightaway and since then it has been fantastic!! Nitin on the help team was great

Before Going to Turkey got mr this Esim Tutned out to be absolute crap could barely get any intetnet although I had full reception andbnetwork coverage but simply there was no intetnet. It would only accure randomly few times a day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS if you going to Turkey. Waste og money

Customer support was helpful, company policy is unfair. I shouldn't have to wait for a refund to be approved.
Customer support was helpful but was not able to offer an immediate solution.
This is a complaint about the company policy not about the support. The confirmation email says I have a right to refund within 14 days. The issue is related to the Lebara Travel app not being available in my App Store Region, so I couldn't download it. This should have been mentioned or stated when I was purchasing.

Very good, I had trouble with the install and activation. Definitely my own fault but Sakshi was very helpful to get it working! My phone was not playing nice but they managed to figure out where it was going wrong and sort it all out!

Good idea in theory
In theory the travel sim is a good idea if your current sim wont work where you are going but the signal is awful. I bought the 30GB option for a week in Turkey. The sim installed with no issues however I hardly had any signal all week meaning I couldn't use my phone much and only used 3GB of my allowance due to there being no signal anywhere. Really disappointing and a waste of money
