4 stars as only as it wasn't a straightforward process, and I had to request a refund as ultimately, the eSim didn't work. HOWEVER, Ali on help was extremely quick and willing to help me out however he could, and completely empathised with my position before processing the refund extremely quickly. Having dealt with companies such as this before I was cynical at how helpful they'd actually be, and I couldn't be happier to report how wrong I was, so in future if the process improves a bit and is more seamless working as advertised, I'd certainly try again. Thanks Ali, appreciate the help.

RUBBISH ! I bought before leaving UK a 15GB travel esom plan for USA - couod I get it to work NO! Went onto chat but sadly they were using terms that did NOT corrrspond to
My UK settings ., so it ended up being too complicated and very frustrating to
Me !
I ended up buying a roaming plan which was quicker and efficient even though more expensive . That worked !
So am now pursuing a refund for my eSIM
Plan ! Am happy other people got it to work but I did not !

This was my first experience of using an e-sim. Having my contract with Lebara i thought it’d be best to use them for my data when in Sri Lanka. Apart from my own error in using Vodaphone not Vodafone when trying to log on - Lebara’s chat support was superb - the experience was faultless. Connectivity was excellent and it was great value too.

15 Tage bezahlt, aber die Laufzeit beginnt offenbar schon vor der Reise!

Ich habe bei Lebara Travel eine eSIM für 15 Tage in der Türkei gekauft. In der Bestätigungs-E-Mail steht ausdrücklich, dass ich die eSIM bereits vor der Reise installieren soll und der Tarif erst bei der ersten Verbindung im Ausland beginnt.

Genau daran habe ich mich gehalten. Ich bin noch in Deutschland, fliege erst am 13.10. in die Türkei und muss feststellen, dass mein Tarif bereits am 24.10. ablaufen soll.

Der Kundenservice erklärt mir lediglich, ich hätte den Tarif manuell aktiviert. Eine Lösung wurde mir nicht angeboten.

Es geht mir nicht um die paar Euro. Es geht darum, dass ich mich auf die schriftlichen Angaben eines Unternehmens verlassen können muss.

Ich habe die E-Mail und den gesamten Chatverlauf gesichert.

Wer eine Lebara Travel eSIM kauft, sollte vor der Einrichtung unbedingt klären, wann die Laufzeit tatsächlich beginnt. Meine Erfahrung zeigt leider, dass es hier erhebliche Unklarheiten gibt.

Genau an die hier genannte E-Mail-Adresse haben wir bereits eine ausführliche Beschwerde geschickt. Zuvor wurde der Kundenservice per Live-Chat kontaktiert, leider ohne jede Lösung.

Jetzt werden wir öffentlich aufgefordert, erneut unsere Kontaktdaten zu hinterlassen. Warum? Ihnen liegen sowohl unsere E-Mail als auch der gesamte Chatverlauf vor.

Statt einer ernsthaften Klärung bekommen wir hier eine Standardantwort, die den Eindruck erweckt, als wüsste niemand von dem Vorgang.

Wie oft muss ein Kunde sein Problem eigentlich schildern, bevor sich jemand tatsächlich darum kümmert?

Yogeshwari was extremely understanding and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my plan very shortly after purchasing due to a family member being hospitalised.

Siddarth was very helpful and fixed my connection issue very quickly whilst abroad.
