The customer service women and men I spoke to over 2 days were friendly and patient ie repeating and explaining the policies as requested.
The insurance offer was excellent and much less than my previous provider

Well priced and simple to set up
I looked at Toyota Insurance when I bought my car last year and found it far more expensive than my existing provider. However, this year they came up very well priced on a comparison site, so I decided to go with them. Their site was clear and easy to use and I was able to complete the purchase with no issues.
Hopefully I won't need to use the insurance to make a claim, but if I do, I believe it will be well handled.

Portal access issues but customer service helpful
I wasn’t able to access my portal. Customer service helped by sending the key documents by email while we wait for IT to support with the portal access.

When purchasing a policy the Customer Portal should be accessible immediately.
Where this is not accessible it would be important to notify our Customer Service Department in order to identify and correct any issues that may have occurred.

The online site did not work - said it took the money but hadn’t and didn’t activate the insurance. Thankfully I called to check, and your employee was lovely, helpful and got things sorted and was very reassuring. He is a credit to you.

Probably a little more expensive than I…
Probably a little more expensive than I thought but as I needed to insure the car within 2 days I had no other option to accept the quote but should have requested a quote earlier which would have almost certainly been cheaper .
