I buy a Total diesel generator type TP460015P, two year later I got a some issue with the motor and Total tools can not supply me with any spare parts...
Not even a air filter can Total tools supply to me...
So stay away from this brand.

Retrain Staff!! Rude and no clue! left standing waiting to find out when stock will be coming for ages, went looking for the staff member to find out whats happening, grins on all other staff members when I asked whats happening only to be told he is on the toilet! Will not be shopping there again! Disgraceful full stop! He could of got some one to tell me that he had to go and not waist lots of my time and waiting for no reason! Found product online for the 1/4 of the price of Total Tools price so I win! No offer to let me know when stock will return! Customers ARE your Business!

I used to go to Total Tools for Help about Power Tools and also to Purchase but ever since they change their staffing from competent to Incompetent I no longer go. To have Staff well versed in the industry to having Ex-Coles Management and Staff working there with no knowledge is ridiculous, it just seems to be all about the money for them now. WAS GOOD WHILE IT LASTED. i HAVE FOLLOWED YOUR EX-STAFF OF TOWNSVILLE BRANCH TO OTHER TOOL COMPANIES IN TOWNSVILLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE TOOL INDUSTRY.

I bought mig weld. Years and years ago. I look for parts. NO HELP TO GET PARTS. JUST SHRUG

They have a good range of quality tools (at prices to match) but the staff always come across as if they don't want to be there. When spending a fair chunk of money you expect good Customer Service.

Ordered online, received a notification that the package had been delivered to my house. Checked within 10 minutes of delivery and the package wasn't there.

Raised this to Total Tools and their customer service is horrendous. They replied with a picture of someone else's signature for the delivery and refused to assist. Had to escalate and dispute the transaction with my credit card provider.

This is really bad customer service, big waste of my time and no help at all from Total Tools I am extremely disappointed.

Do not purchase online if you can't guarantee product will be fine. We got faulty fire extinguishers and it's been over 2 months and still no refund. Response time is about a week.

Total tools is quickly going on the way of closing down , their staff can't do any service to customer, can't process any question, anything push to boss, and boss never come to shop, let customer spend lot time to come shop many times, we are very upset, we don't need total tools anymore,

I purchased a 2 in 1 saw /hedge trimmer kit + loppers - not cheap.
First my order was cancelled, Contacted customer support & my order was then delivered
I was extremely disappointed to open the box, no battery!
I now have a tool I cannot use, I have contacted customer support but still haven't heard yet...

Talked to a customer service representative today (17/7)they said they will rectify the missing items - the local store also contacted me afterwards saying they would deliver them tomorrow.
I am pleased that I was able to contact someone, will hopefully get my items now....

Online is a waste of time… I’ve been loyal to my local store but now they don’t accept phone orders and the online (a seperate ‘store’) system is a waste of time trying to deal with… I’ll use up my rewards points and swap to a different store chain… not happy, Jan

Couldn’t find a minus stars, bugger.
I telephoned 22nd June for a item, paid cash. Called in a few days later pick up. Told item had to be ordered.
Called in after 10 days still not in!
Then telephoned yesterday and informed might be mid august. What poor service, don’t advertise items if you cannot get in.

Would be zero stars, but that's not an option.
Price-match is absolutely laughable.
Applied online for price-matching, same product, same model, same numbers.
(Only did it online, so I wouldn't have to "fluff around" looking up websites on my phone in the shop, ffs).
Customer "service" tells me that the price I submitted is not from an authorised dealer.
So I went to the Milwaukee website, only to find that the seller with the better price IS an authorised dealer.
Replied with this information to TT CS, then was told that the competitor wasn't an *online* retailer, so they couldn't price-match.
Ah, I'd never asked for that, as I was going to pick up in-store or do a click and collect.
Was told I needed to provide evidence of postage price from competitor to my address (why, when I was going in-store?).
The competitor and TT stores are a couple of streets apart, so really easy for me to drive to either.
And guess who just lost a loyal customer of many years, over a $9 price difference?
Can promise that it wasn't the competitor...

Redemption mis leading advertising, be careful to check if the product with a sticker price tag saying is a redemption product is actually redeemable. wonder how many others will find the DLX2145T DRILL COMBO Not Redeemable. very sneaky, must be owned by Woolworths or Coles, AND THEY DONT CARE IF YOUR TIME IS WASTED

Purchased a tool worth $135 back in early April 2024 have been waiting over a month. Went to customer service and had no help and took ages to return a reply and said that it’s been delivered on the 21st of may well over a month already and the tool still hasn’t arrived didn’t get a refund either

Absolutely terrible I bought a chainsaw in nine december still didn't Have any news of Any delivery don't buy Anything ever again

Be really careful buying from the Total Tools online store via ‘Click & Collect’ - they won’t honour the price you paid for your item - even when you’ve paid for it and they’ve notified you your item is ready to be collected…
