Ordered set of boxes and was supposed to arrive last week, rang the freight company and they said they haven't even received the parcel yet. now waiting for a response via email as to the where abouts of my parcel is. $1400 and my parcel is late and no one seems to know where it is. Will NOT be using this website again.

they emailed me saying the have started an investigation with the freight company. Ridiculous

I’m so disappointed! I ordered a tool belt which is “one-size fits all” and because my husband is an average sized man, this never crossed my mind that it would be too big for him? Anyway the belt was HUGE and needed to organize a return. There is no indication on this product that it may not fit and if it doesn’t you have to pay $25 shipping to return it and this expense is not refunded? Even the guy at the post office was appalled that I had to pay out of pocket for the return. Maybe this is common and I’ve never been unlucky enough to experience this, but now I’m very reluctant to purchase from this company again which is a shame because prior to this they were quick with delivery and responded to emails promptly.

Never received order almost 12 months on and still won't answer emails

I have personally delt with the staff and products and can say they are amazing ,they went out of there way to help with me all my questions ,and there after care once I bought something is 5+star .very grateful I shopped threw them .Highly Recommend

Purchased a Werner Multipurpose ladder MT-17AZ. It arrived with scratches everywhere. It was loose from one side and not stable enough. Clearly it was used before. I sent pictures and record a video to show the defects. I was told that the scratches, etc. have been placed in the delivery. They offered me a full refund as they could not guarantee this will not happen. They organise a pickup. After a few back and forths to tell them that the item is delivered and why they don't refund the purchased amount. I was credited for the purchase price minus $40 dollar. I contacted them about this and they have refused to respond. I've wasted 3 weeks and $40 on this experience!

Their staff are very rude. The worst customer experience I've ever had! No wonder why they are operating under lots of different brands! Beware of all the below brands/websites:

sent worker over to their shop with written instructions for part, came back with wrong item, rang plaster supplies , woman very rude said our fault, wrong, she said only one style of part , wrong again, would not courier right item over to Templestowe , had to send another worker over for correct part, on arriving same woman said other worker should have been clearer of description, i wrote down exactly what part i wanted from their website, he had the same piece of paper with description , wow got it right this time, woman was very rude and standoffish with worker lost 5 hours of working time , will never purchase from this store again, very arrogant, unprofessional, back to other suppliers , beware of this incompetent staff member

look these tool very bad and dirty seems second hand . very angry for these tool. not back to bought again. much better then i go to shop to buy new one.also seems clean .

Product looks like it would do the job but would have liked the option of different screws or make it more obvious during checkout about screw selection. Otherwise all good with fast delivery.
