Do Not Use them!!!
Moving van did not show up on moving day. They did not even let me know they were not coming. I called them and they (James) flippantly said “ oh yeah we can’t come it will be a couple more days”!!!! On completion day!! There’s lots more but I won’t go on, just BEWARE OF THIS SHITTY COMPANY!

TMS was not the cheapest offer, but after having talked to them I realized they would be the most reliable and professional (and they didn’t prove me wrong). Mike made the whole thing seamless, was always very quick to respond and made sure to check how things were going at every stage. I was in good hands :-)

This is the second time that we used Total Moving Solutions (TMS) for my relocation across continents, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Relocating can be incredibly overwhelming, but James and Melissa made the entire process flawless. From our first inquiry, they were exceptionally communicative, promptly answering every call / whasapp and emails even though they were on holiday / travelling. They checked in frequently throughout the move, ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. If you want a stress-free relocation, I cannot recommend this duo enough. This is why I love family run enterprises! A big thank you to the Mallets!

Mike was always approachable and ready to answer any questions. We were moving from Ireland to England, so there were many problems, but he never let us down.

This is our third move with TMS, two of which were international. With them I know I’m in good hands. Christian is professional, friendly, reassuring and patient with my various queries and several changes - just what you need when you’re frazzled with packing and moving logistics.

The service I had has been awful from start to finish. I’ve had a broken new Samsung smart tv, scuffed new tall boy , nothing handled with care. Approximately 40 x wham crystal boxes smashed and a lot were broken in front of me with the careless removal staff. I was treated like dirt by the staff after being bereaved. The priority items didn’t fit . They underestimated the size needed for items then tried say they didn’t. The lovely Christian soon turned nasty when I had further issues with the removal. He said the whole thing is a nightmare and told me I was a nightmare (having just been bereaved) because I called about the broken items. There was no empathy, nothing,
They are money hungry and don’t care about the person. They lied about contacting the removal company about the broken items and accused me of bribery when I wouldn’t accept their joke of compensation. It was an awful experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have kept every email as evidence if anybody would like to see.
I have also been accused of bribery which I obviously didn’t and they told me they would write that If I left a truthful review. I said I wouldn’t accept £150 to be silent and that I would expect at least £1500 to feel my issues were taken seriously. I have evidence of this also.

From start to finish, Christian and his team took the stress out of moving from Belgium to the UK. We had quite a short deadline to get things organised and no idea where to start or what was involved but Christian was extremely friendly and supportive, always quick to reply to any questions we had and very reassuring about the whole process. We could not imagine making the move without the help of TMS. The excellent price was an added bonus. Five stars definitely deserved for the whole team.

I was really worried about the whole moving back to the Uk after my husband died, but from start to finish, the process was smooth and also very friendly: no silly old lady questions were treated other than with patience and efficiency…

Relocating was made a breeze by this company and I cannot recommend them enough. Communication was great: for a variety of reasons my move was delayed for a few months, and they called me monthly as to politely inquire regarding my plans. Sketching out the requirements for my move was a quick and efficient affair, and Steve was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. When their offer was also the most competitive and the quickest I had at my disposal, I decided to hire them to move to Norway.

The flexibility in setting up the moving date, the thoroughness of the movers picking up my effects and how they were able to plan the delivery around my hectic schedule were commendable, but it was how personable and efficient they — Steve and Melissa — were in communicating both before and after the move to accommodate a damaged item that confirmed to me I made a great choice. Can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t recommend this removals company highly enough! From the very first call with Scott, everything was handled with professionalism and care. He managed to arrange my move promptly – even at short notice – and the price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

On moving day, the team turned up right on time, ready to get to work. They were friendly, polite, and incredibly careful with all my furniture and belongings. They took great care not to mark walls or floors, and everything was loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely.
