Completed a house move with this company. Involved a collection from 2 homes to our new house. Communication was great in the run up, confirming what we had & if we needed straps or boxes for any furniture. The two men arrived promptly and handled everything. Really polite and helpful. Placed furniture exactly where we wanted and even set up our recliner sofa for us!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The initial phone call with Michelle who guided us through the whole process was very easy explaining the whole process as we were moving to a total different area in the country so needed a 2 day delivery slot. She was always very helpful on the phone whatever the query was. The 3 delivery men were excellent, quick and polite at both ends of the move. If we needed things moved from 1 room to another they were so obliging and very careful moving the furniture. We would definately recommend this company to someone else in the future.

Big thanks to Chris and the team for such a good service moving my 80 year old mum from her house as she down sizes / stuff into storage for short term.

Not the easiest thing for anyone of that age to go through but the lads took care of everything and know she was very thankful for paying an extra few quid for the complete service. I know she was re assured how organised and experienced the lads were.

Truly excellent service I would highly recommend! I had to ship some huge boxes to Nashville full of family heirlooms from my son’s great grandmother & his childhood toys, deeply sentimental stuff. I’m 73, not good online and Jessica was so patient with my numerous phone calls & so understanding & kind. You would not find a better service anywhere at a better price.

I recently used Removals for my move from Liverpool to Perth, Australia.

In this day and age I literally got bombarded with calls - probably about 15 from 1 enquiry I made. This company stood out by a country mile as I could speak to a human being, I felt I wasn't treated like just another person making an enquiry and nothing felt robotic.

To ensure that I would fit into either a 20ft or 40ft container (I did a similar move many years ago in a 20ft) but I didn't then have 2 now grown up children and a lot more stuff that we have accumulated over the years to bring over!

As I thought, it ended up that I needed a 40ft container, and the surveyor spent a good hour with me going over all the Furniture and box packing that I would need.

When move day came, well it was over 3 days due to the volume, each day the crew arrived bang on time and then the container arrived on the 3rd day - all was packed, loaded and sealed and then it was just the wait for the goods to arrive in Perth.

Even though the experience upto this point was great, I thought in the back of my mind that the job hadn't been completed yet. I should not have worried.

I was kept in the loop every step of the way through their Operations department and had immediate contact with the agents in Perth.

The goods cleared customs and all goods were unloaded and unpacked on an agreed date. All is now set up within our property and we couldn't be happier with the service received. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all from a very happy customer.

I recently moved with Removals from Leicestershire to Malaga.

The move was complex in that there was a Baby Grand Piano and a few pictures that were very valuable to me.

Crates were provided for the Piano and the pictures and everything arrived safe and sound and within the timescale advised. I was aware from a family member who moved across to Spain a year ago that the paperwork could prove to be very complex but the support I received from the office in taking care of this was invaluable and certainly took the stress out of moving.

I recently moved from Essex to benidorm with removals and we had a 3 bedroom house - all packed up and loaded with 2 days and then delivered within the week. They took care of all paperwork for customs which was a massive help - thank you all and I'll have no hesitation in moving with you again
