Good Friday moving!!
Lenny, Catalin, Jay, Dan and Si worked tirelessly with care and diligence to help us move all our house and garage and workshop and garden shed contents. They went well beyond our expectations and all with a friendly and cheery attitude. They made the actual physical aspect of the move very easy. I would not hesitate to use them again...... We don't plan on moving again though. 🙂 I must also highlight the office side. Liam, Nichola and Lewis gave exceptional support to us.

Trunk logistics perfect from start to finish…
Trunk logistics from start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional and fast at responding no hidden fees very upfront and much cheaper than others we tried. On moving day Paul and Matt were professional and throughout and very friendly. Everything was done in 2 hours (3 bed semi)
Unloading also very fast would definitely recommend!

Exceptional home removal service…
We booked our home removal service through Kieran in the office who was super helpful at giving us a quote for our big move from south of England to midlands. He was friendly and efficient over the phone and throughout the process.
Then came moving day. I can’t recommend Jay & Luke enough to anyone they really went above and beyond for us both ends of the move. Loaded the van efficiently and professionally and unloaded at our destination with care and attentiveness. Very nice lads and made the whole move experience easy. Great job you two!
Would definitely recommend this company to do any courier or home removal services as from start to finish have been fantastic. A* from us. Thanks again.

The team were absolutely amazing
The team were absolutely amazing! Aaron, Chris and Kane were like three supermen with Tetris skills I’ve never seen before. They dismantled 3 beds, 3 wardrobes and packed over 20 boxes in less than 2 hours! They loaded everything I’d booked in plus more which they didn’t have to do and I thought I’d have to come back in the week to get. Price was very reasonable too considering the amount of stuff they took (4 bed house), time taken and then unpacked everything and reassembled in just under two hours. All very friendly and helpful. Aaron, Kane and Chris, you made the move so easy! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Big dan and jack were absolutely amazing with my house move. They handled my belongings with ultimate care and couldn’t have been more polite or accommodating. After a traumatic morning of dropping my phone down a the crack of the lift shaft halfway through the move, they were happy to crack on with the job and get things sorted while my attention was elsewhere and even let me borrow their phone so I could contact relevant people. I’m sure they’ll be happy to know that my phone was safely returned the same day, without any damage!!! As a victim of dv, I would also like to say how safe I felt having them both in my home and I throughly enjoyed their company. They honestly went above and beyond and I will definitely be recommending trunk logistics in the future. Thankyou ever so much.

Avoid this company at all costs
An awful removal experience with this company. £100 went missing from a draw, 2 of the removal men had a fight and one drove off leaving the move under staffed and not with enough vans. The move was not completed until 7.30pm at night when it was a straight forward move 30mins down the road. The carpet at the property we were leaving was left marked and the company has refused to pay for a professional carpet cleaner to attend. They have offered one of their team to come and clean it but i have declined this offer as i don't believe they are professional carpet cleaners and after how they behaved over the move I do not wish them to attend the premises via my former landlord.
Their advise re the cash is to contact the police, which i have done and have a crime reference number. They also advised that cash should not have been left lying about but this was an oversight and doesn't mean it should be stolen.
Customer service is clearly something they are not aware of and having moved a number of times with another company it is safe to say we will never use Trunk Logistics again.

Regarding the allegation of missing cash, we always advise customers, as outlined in our moving guidelines, to avoid leaving cash or valuables unsecured in the property during a house move. This is standard practice across the removals industry for security reasons. That said, we take such claims extremely seriously and are fully willing to cooperate with any formal investigation should you choose to report the matter to the police.
In relation to the condition of the carpets, we did offer to arrange for our team to return and carry out a professional carpet clean. However, this offer was declined at the time. We remain committed to resolving concerns wherever possible and aim to provide practical solutions when issues arise.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. If you would like to discuss this matter further, we remain open to continuing the conversation and working towards a resolution.

Found the whole experience from beginning to end to be very professional and friendly. From first speaking with Kieran and others in the office to the guys that moved us.
