Total moving solutions has just moved us internationally from the UK to Canada. They are a friendly, honest and reliable team that have responded to all of my questions within hours. They have been upfront on costs, timing and the pitfalls of an international move, our house arrived when they said it would and not 1 item was damaged or broken. I highly recommend them to you.

At a very stressful time I found this Company helpful, patient friendly and professional. James advised and guided me through all necessary paperwork and kept me informed at all stages of the move.
All contents were safely delivered on time and in perfect order.

TMS were great. Hassle-free, no problems on either end of the delivery, and the price was really reasonable. Mike was always contactable, and was really on top of coordinating collection and delivery. This move was personal items being moved internationally, and there were no issues with damage. Everything was well wrapped once taken into TMS possession. If needed in future I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend.

I'm really disappointed. They lost my boxes and damaged my vintage clock. The box was lost it contains my family photos.

TMS were very helpful when we were organising our move from Ireland to Wales,despite last minute issues with timing, and the teams that collected, stored and delivered our goods did a grand job!

An absolutely incredible moving experience led by James and his team. We made a very big move from UK to Australia and nothing was too much. We changed dates, amount of boxes and delivery addresses but everything was done professionally and with kindness and complete understanding of our challenging situation at the time. If you are thinking of making a move, big or small, TMS is definitely the company for you.

The team at TMS have been absolutely amazing. Quick with replies, professional, and very helpful. I was going to use their services for my move from Germany to England, due to a change in personal circumstances I didn't follow through with the service quoted. I can say though that everything leading up to it was great, my correspondence was mainly with Christian who's very professional and friendly. TMS also provided a quoted fair price, I would definitely consider using them in the future.

A great service all round. TMS handled our move with obvious expertise and Christian was a real help throughout the whole process of our move from the UK to Guernsey. The removal team were great and everything arrived exactly as it left. I cannot recommend TMS highly enough.

Was relocating from Switzerland to the UK and great service and prompt, safe delivery of my furniture. Right from initial conversations up the the delivery of my furniture in the UK, everyone has been courteous and I was surprised how fast I received my good.

Totally a very professional service. They moved my goods from Nottingham in the UK. To Perth Western Australia. Due to my mistake. They had to have the goods repacked to conform to Australian Customs Standards. TMS carried this out with very little problem. They repacked the goods absolutely brilliantly with no fuss and at a very low price. On receiving the goods from the docks to my home. The carrier unpacked all the goods and checked for damage. Then removed and took away all the packaging. Truly I didn't have to do a thing. They really do the full job of moving goods 10,000 miles and deliver to your home. I am extremely happy with their agent who dealt with everything. Christian was a pleasure to deal with. He handled everything to perfection.

I used the TMS movers to move all my household items as a sole container from London to Dubai. It was full service deal. The container was loaded in first week of Aug and delivered after about 4-5 weeks to my villa in Dubai.

In summary - We had 7* experience from James and his team at TMS and would strongly recommend them to everyone who is planning to relocate.

Let me share some more details of this:
1. They offered competitive price - not the cheapest, I would say but I still went with them due to the confidence that James & Jason gave us. The team was very transparent with great customer service attitude.
2. The packers came to my home in Surrey as promised and were real experts - the 5 bed house was all packed, loaded within 2 days. Amazing people!
3. They kept us fully informed throughout the 1 month by making a whatsapp group for proactive updates.
4. The delivery and assembling of all items at my villa was done by a local company. This local company in Dubai was ok - but it seemed to me that they over-promise at times. Anyway a long story short - we had few issues with this local company but TMS did not drop the ball and finally got us everything that was pormised by constantly following up with Dubai company.

That reminds me of what James promised to me in beginning - In cross countries moves, some issues would come - what matters is the way those issues are handled and closed.

In a nutshell - I am very pleased with the professional approach and great service attitude of Team TMS, would use them again and would recommend to whosoever needs them. Thank yuo guys

We used Total Moving Solutions to move from London to Singapore earlier this year and it was a very good experience.

We were really impressed with the guys that came to pick everything up - it was all packed carefully but super quickly, and they really made sure that everything was packed as efficiently as possible so we didn't pay for any more volume than needed. In the end the original estimate quote from TMS was pretty much spot on.

The delivery company in Singapore were equally good. We were actually away on the first date that they tried to deliver but they rescheduled the delivery for a later date with no fuss. There was some very minor damage to our mattress but this was resolved very promptly by Christian and the team.

Excellent company from start to finish. The cheapest and extremely reliable. Lovely people to deal with. Got charged exactly what I was as quoted. date from Ireland to Canada was as estimated.

I would give them 10 stars absolutely brilliant from the start collection to delivery .I would recommend Christian and his crew to anybody.Thank you guys.
