All Hype and No SUBSTANCE
My saw arrived and I was excited to try it out however excitement soon turned to disappointment and now disgust. I made complaints Topex and Harvey Norman, the shop that sold me the nightmare that pretends to be a battery chainsaw. Neither have responded. The item itself looks good but is seriously UNDER-POWERED, opposite to advertised. The supplied Charger does not correctly fit the battery. The chain tensioner is poorly designed and wont tighten or keep the chain tight this in itself could be dangerous. The safety and trigger switches are an ergonomic nightmare and requite FAR TOO MUCH effort to operate making the saw hard and tiresome to use. Worst of all I payed upfront for what seems to be a Lie! Not as advertised and No Service and support.

The batteries ended up at Davidson an hour away from Kenthurst. The co. Was informed that I was unable to pay through my iPad for some reason and my sister in law said she would pay for me. She rang today to tell me she had just received the parcel at least she actually received the parcel unlike my self

Not happy
My husband brought a leaf blower and a extra battery to go with it the product is good but they didn’t send the extra battery which he paid at the time off purchase and no phone number to contact them the only phone number we found is disconnected have sent a few emails but no reply and its been days now so not very happy with the customer service.
