Haven't replied to my email asking where my items are. Items where not sent. No invoice or communication. Took my money and don't seem to care. Can't reach anyone via email. The shop app isn't helping ither. Left in the dark and very unhappy 🙁.

I have bought tools from Topto before, so I know that they are a reputable company and my items will be delivered. The only issue I have is that a request to provide a review arrived prior to me receiving confirmation that my payment had been received. Been two days now and still no confirmation that my order has been received or information about expected delivery time.

If its not bad then it must be good. Yes it is.

Topex and their supplier Topto tools are one of the best trading entities out there.

Very happy with the battery form factor, this is the same as the Aldi branded Xfinity. I'm also happy with the price I got this line trimmer for. Thumbs up.

Perfect tool for cutting foam. So much easier than a knife. I received the item super fast.

NO express delivery was made as requested, still witing as it was to be 1-2 business days????

*Missing a couple of items from the Combo deal bought online. So that is -2 stars rating.
*Low quality cardboard box packaging resulting in a rip to the side. -1 star
*No phone numbers to call to follow up this problem and the number listed here doesn't work. Check ABN it is operating under the same business as TOPEX and their phone number just rings and goes to voice mail. -1 star.
*Overall disappointment therefore I'll take off another.. -1 star
So, because I received my package on time I'll give it a 1 star rating.

It was easy to place my ordered. It’s just what I was looking for. The only thing I question is that I was charged for shipping when they said it was free shipping.

Asked if a replacement hose for the Topex 20V air pump was available in 3 emails over 2 months with no response.

Please avoid this scam company. Sent a faulty unit and refused to refund unless we paid excessive shipping to return it. Since we don't want anything to do with this brand, we just wanted a cash refund, not a replacement, and certainly not spend more money shipping it back in good faith the scammers would honor the return.

They also removed the item from our purchase history in Mydeal, so we couldn't even leave feedback or escalate to Mydeal. Forced to do a credit card charge back.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

Your fast response to a request from a customer is so important and to me that is the essence of a customer relationship.

Still waiting for it 11 days later.
