I then found your website a bit by accident and thought I would support a local business. Your website said that with the special postage it would be delivered in two days and it was. Your website is clear and uncluttered and was easy to negotiate. Not having to put password is another bonus. I have bookmarked your website for future possibilities.
Even the "Rate your recent experience" is short and direct. I love not having to wade through crap to get to the point. Well done Topto

I don’t think it was clear at purchase that the item had no battery as well as no charger. Those 2 items exceeded cost of item

Firstly I bought what I thought was a whipper snipper complete. After opening the box I find there is no battery and charger with it. (A skin) I didn’t know that. After ordering the charger and battery was shocked to find they cost more that the whipper snipper. It is The most useless thing I have ever purchased.

After 2-3 days of order received an email to cancel order as they are out of stock. While adding to cart while purchasing you should be very clear about the storage availability.

Great range of tools and reasonable prices.

Bought a rotary tool from this company and it was garbage. Only buy this tool for a person you hate. I used their rotary tool to cut the bottoms out of two terracotta pots. the motor packed in on the second one.

I emailed the company to get it resolved and they just ran me around for weeks refusing to do anything to fix the situation and implying that I am an idiot.

Never buy anything from this company. I ended up going to a normal hardware store and buying a budget version of the same tool for cheaper and it actually did the job.

I have a Topex drill with a 1.3AH battery and very satisfied with it.
The vac cleaner has a 1.5AH battery.
Big opportunity to rationalise batteries & chargers

Disgraceful. Received a faulty product, straight out of the box, emailed the same day, the only response I received was a reply asking for video evidence, sent straight to them, then a follow up email asking for video evidence of exactly what I had already sent. This is going to go around and around in circles. There is no contact number, just an email. DO NOT SPEND a single dollar at this joke of a company!!
