They have fast delivery and if something is in back order all I had to do was email the customer support and they got right back to me and help me with refunding my account do to me not wanting to wait that long for it to get restocked. They are my favorite place to shop for tools

Very bad business practices. Stay away.

Don't run a sale on items you don't have in stock! What a terrible company. If you want to wait months for backordered items this is the place for you. I suspect the website designers purposefully set up their storefront so you have no way of knowing, at the time of purchase, which items are out of stock. Stay away from this place and save yourself a lot of grief.

Ordered tools needed for a job waited 4 days like the website says they allow themselves to ship... Nothing. Called next 3 days in a row and was told each day "they will go out today"... Been almost 10 days and still haven't shipped. Buy from anyone else !

Over sold Black Friday deals

Placed an order for some Dewalt tools on November 20th, half of the order did not ship til Dec. 30th after email was sent. Other half of the order is not expected in til late Feb. or March now. No communication about delays unless emailed.

Great service

Great service. Received a domino device that was damaged in shipping. Called them and they sent a replacement right away without waiting for the damaged unit to arrive back to them.

Excellent customer service

Placed an order for one of the many specials that comes up at Tool Nut. In this case it was a Milwaukee 5.0Ah battery, charger and Rover light combo for a can't believe it price. I got it promptly and noticed that the battery charge indicator was at 1 flashing bar which means it is drained. So I charged it and used it for one cycle and the battery wouldn't take a charge, flashing green/red light on the charger.

Sent an email and Tom got back to me before the auto response email got to me. Explained my issue and he made some suggestions to make sure the battery was really dead. After that they sent me a UPS return postage and I returned the battery and they sent me a new one. All happened very quick. Very satisfied with the whole process and the end result.

Having purchased a new Dewalt cordless…

Having purchased a new Dewalt cordless finish nailer on November 2020, I just opened the box a few weeks ago to start my project, using dewalt nails from Home Depot, the gun jammed every nail I tried to shoot. Feeling very frustrated on a new tool that sat unused new in the box for 6 months, I was at the mercy of sending it to Dewalt under their 3 year warranty. I called Tool Nut any way even though a 30 day return is on my receipt, their expert sales and customer service informed me that Dewalt 15 gauge angled nails do not work in the gun due to old style under bostich nail guns, Home Depot does not recognize this on their store shelf for their Dewalt nail guns, or purchasing the right nails for Dewalt cordless nail guns they sell. Great team and family owned at The Tool Nut co. Lowest prices. Thanks for saving me a lot of shipping hassles to Dewalt. See ya online soon for product purchases. Brett D.

Have used this company many times

Have used this company many times, always fast dependable service.
Last order was delivered by UPS, but in an unsecured location, and after business hours,and was stolen. Customer service replaced my order no hassle, very courteous and efficient, will continue to buy my tools here.

Great Customer Service

Had a great experience with customer service. Got a faulty product from the manufacturer. Customer service tried giving me a few fixing. None worked and they were quick to take the faulty product back.

Won’t ship to freight forwarder

I had to call directly since the state of AK is not listed in the billing. The agent said it’s not offered because they don’t ship to AK. No problem. I have a forwarder out of WA. Oh..now they don’t ship to forwarders. WOW. Someone please let them know it’s 2021. How do you offer a web based business but can’t fulfill web orders???
