Just bought from theis seller without seeing reviews first, i guess i am also one of the 61% as its been 3/4 days and the only thing thta has happended is that the order was accepted. I emailed last night and got "Hi what size and style" not a name or order number or any other deatls that are regulary required. I have since been in tocuh with Klarna, luckly i have not made any payment yet (30 days) and they have assured me that if the seller will not look into it they will. so the 10 day countdown is now on! So far what i can see is that this is not someone to purchace from, dont even risk it!!!!!

Asked seller if he would price match Dunk High Pandas from JD as they were selling them for £110 compared to TolchardLuxury at £150 on TikTok live (and that’s the “discounted” price). Was blocked not long after, kind of suspicious if you ask me.

Just lost a potential sale. Or maybe I just saved myself after reading the other reviews here.

Received dunk panda, thought it was too good to he true, toe box shouldn't be able to be squeezed you can literally squeeze one side to another, smells like glue inside and the weight is way off, these are either factory seconds or counterfeits. With a black light(uv) you can see the sticking is all over. Avoid this scamming nob. Charge back from bank coming

ordered 4s a couple weeks ago came with scuffs and marks (all over the suede) and blue dye on the front of them, can’t get it off. Requested a refund said he can only give £20 bank transfer, it’s been 2 weeks and still heard nothing back. Waste of money. Even blocks people off his tiktok lives when people make complaints🤣!

Received the shoes, they are not new, mine came with creases. Advertised exchanges into different sizes within 7 days, seller ignored all my messages on social media and only responded when filing a dispute via PayPal, there he still refused to exchange because he doesn't "currently stock" the item when it appears as being in stock on the website. All these positive reviews are because he actually sent the item, but his customer service is appalling, I would never order from here again.

This guy is selling fakes or seconds,no communication he blocks you when you want more information,it took nearly three weeks to get my money back from tic-tok

If I had read the reviews on here first I would have hesitated with my purchase, however I looked here as an afterthought and was very worried.
Purchased a pair of Jordans via their TikTok shop page, communication was good throughout, informing when they would be sent, sharing tracking info and they were delivered the next day.
The shoes are great, genuine and just as described and pictured.

I do not recommend you buy from this person. He claims it takes 1-3 days to arrive but actually takes weeks and when you try to contact him he ignores all your messages. He also blocks you if you ask for the tracking number and then suddenly cancels your order with no explanation. If you want to save yourself time and hassle do not purchase from him.

Unbelievable bad customer service,does not answer any emails in a timely manner my shoes (£435)never turned up,asked for a refund,I am still waiting ,7 days since I purchased,use PayPal just in case your an unlucky one like me.
Avoid these guys,there is a lot of tick toc company’s popping that you just can’t trust
