I ordered a pair of Jordan mids on the 15th December and hadn’t heard anything since. I gave them until today before I emailed asking for an update. The response I got was “we have sent you a refund unfortunately”. No explanation as to why! I followed their tik tok page for a while and joined the lives. Always saying they will get shipped the next day etc. Absolute shambles of a company.

I purchased a pair of trainers on Black Friday (25th nov), and nearly a month later I don't have the trainers. Every time I message, I just get given the excuse of "Royal Mail strikes". I've been provided with a tracking number that literally is useless, as the parcel is nowhere to be seen. I don't think I'm ever going to get the trainers I ordered. Keeps saying on TikTok guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but, I wouldn't hold your breath when I've been waiting nearly one month. Don't even bother buying & save your money

Ordered Nike Dunk Panda’s from them after seeing their Tik Tok live. Order arrived quickly but shoes are 100% fake, ordered a size 9 which fit more like a 10 and they where covered in glue, had them looked at by 3 people now who have all said I’ve been stung by this chancer. Beware before you buy, went on to his Tik Tok live to ask a question and was then banned and blocked once I asked it.

This is a SCAM company, advertising discounted Jordans on TikTok. They will take your money and then NOTHING, no communication until TikTok tells you the order will be cancelled within 10 days as the seller has not shipped it. I finally got through to them on Instagram where they admitted they didn’t have my shoe in my size. I do not believe they have actual shoes in stock themselves, the thousands of happy customers and positive reviews just aren’t true as there is little evidence on their website or Trustpilot. I wish I’d listened to my gut & not bothered ordering, if the discount seems too good to be true then it is. Believe the bad reviews, this company is a scammer.

I ordered size 11 purple dunks after being guaranteed on the tiktok live that they genuine... They arrived on time, but I'm a sneaker head and can say with full confidence that these are not genuine. I have worn these once for about 2 hours and the colours have run, the leather looks extremely worn and creased (and yes I use protectors). Do not buy from this company. Just under £180 for a fake pair of kicks is absolutely disgusting. If I could get a refund and return I would. This guy and his shoes are a joke.

100% legit ordered my Jordan 4s and received within 3 days very impressed with the service would deffo recommend

I ordered on the 31st Of October and it is now the 7th November I’ve had no emails or updates on my order whatsoever and I’m so glad I went through klarna because I don’t think I would’ve got my money back. He deletes messages on his social media’s and I’m glad I haven’t got them now as it is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN/COMPANY ITS NOT LEGIT.

Placed an order on Tiktok for Jordan 4’s and never recieved it! 10 days later no communication from seller, no response by email, TikTok, or Instagram! This was a gift for my daughter and really ruined our plans! Avoid totally is my opinion. There are many other vendors out there who will surpass these lot on customer service. Do not get lured in by the attractive prices. Waiting on a refund now.

Total Scam, asking normal questions about the products and he blocks me completely. Blocks me on tiktok also and blocks me from his live.

It's too good to be true with the prices he's offering.

Ordered 2 pairs of low dunks. Got charged twice. Original charge $581.46, then they charged $481.49, They cancel my order and only sent back $481.49. I emailed them and they said they refunded me back, I explained they charged me 2 different amounts, they continued to say they already refund me. I went on their LIVE and I got blocked once I asked about them charging me twice. I believe they are stealing bank information. They are absolutely a SCAM! Stay away, do not order from them!!!

Extremely shocking service. I had received my item and wanted an exchange. It says they would get back to me. It has been a month or so. The trainers they sent me were also dirty and look used. The soles are dirty. I went on their tiktok live today and stated in the comments of the live that they haven’t got back to me. I immediately got kicked out of the live and they blocked my account.

Ordered from tiktok, received fake pairs with no way to return. No correspondence from tiktok or this company. Avoid.

Placed an order via TikTok over a week ago and decided to be patient due to bank holiday weekend. Contacted him via TikTok, Instagram and Email but no response. I then requested a cancellation as I had no communication. I decided to politely ask where my order was while he was live on TikTok but in response was ignored and blocked. This is not how a business should be run. If you haven’t got the stock then learn to communicate and you may have some returning customers. The reviews don’t tell lies, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a pair of trainers and paid the extra £10.95 for 1-3 day by PayPal, as my daughter was travelling back to school abroad, they did not arrive in time.

I was about to contact PayPal to start my refund process ( thank God I had that added protection) when I received an email saying Royal mail had it. In the end it didn't arrive until day 5 and she had left the country.

I've tried contacting them by email and by Instagram their is no response, they are awful with responding.

I ordered a year ago and had no problem.... But it seems their customer service has dropped. I'm thankful that at least the trainers arrived but I won't be ordering from them again, it's too much of a risk for alot of money. If they ( Daniel) never replies to an email or Instagram direct messages, imagine trying to resolve an issue with him....Such a shame as they have nice trainers but anyhow their are lots of other better/reliable sites that sell nice trainers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE- was on tik tok live and ordered jordan 1s he said theyd be shipped the next day… 5 days later nothing and when i tried to get in touch i had no response he’d even skip my comment in his lives. Thankfully i did recieve a full refund as tik tok said the item was never shipped. but pls STAY AWAY

DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM- IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I have been emailing for weeks and no response but i comment on his tiktok and he blocks me so no one can find out it is all a scam. He will take you money but send no order. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Received my trainers 5 days after ordering. Perfect condition. Definitely authentic (low dunks 2 tone grey) only thing I’ll say is that they don’t stay in contact with you. But download the dpd app and they’ll let you know where your order is and when it should be with you. Overall happy

Stay away!! I ordered Yeezy from the TikTok shop thinking the item was in stock at the seller pretreated. I then contacted them via Instagram to get my tracking number. They then sent me a photo of the shoes to try prove they were getting sent out that day. This photo turned out to be a listing off Depop!!!! I then sent them the listing from Depop and said that item is from Depop why have you sent me a photo of that. They then replied and said yes but we have bought them.

This indicates to me that they don’t have any sizes in stock they take your payment and then source items from Depop. CRAZY!! There is also no proof of authenticity
