If I could leave a zero. Bought trainers in September 2023 for my sons birthday said they are true to size, cane they were a much smaller fit so I needed the next size up. Many messages to him on Instagram and tic tok, said I needed a returns label but would not send one when asked. Went on his lives said only deals with direct messages on Instagram. Instagram messages ignored. So out of pocket with trainers that look to be unauthentic and can not re sell to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID age is a conman.

Never left a trustpilot review in my life but simply couldn’t ignore this. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, but never received any confirmation or tracking infor. One pair arrived, however something about them doesn’t seem right. I am currently having the checked for authenticity. The second pair never arrived and after making multiple attempts to contact the company and receiving no correspondence from them, I raised a chargeback via my bank. The bank awarded me the money.

After this - I had an email from the company (after ignoring all my previous emails) to say that they had received the charge back, and were ‘about to send my trainers’ however, would only send them if I cancelled the claim with the bank. I obviously refused this as, per the Consuner Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations, they have failed to fulfil their end of the contract of sale and are therefore in breach of regulation.

I’ve had some very unprofessional emails from the company and do not think they should be trading as they are unprofessional and unsafe. Please avoid buying from them at any cost.

The company fails to to comply with basic regulation and ultimately is a danger to consumers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY !!!! If I could give less than one star I 100% would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ! I made an order for some Nike dunks on the Insta website and after a week or so I asked for confirmation that they were actually coming as blanked my messages. I had to have someone home to sign for them which is understandable. Straight away got a fake pic of a delivery accepted by someone I’ve never heard of very suspicious ! I have a camera on my house and nothing came up I asked around the estate if anyone knew this imaginary person. Clearly NOT ? Unsure what the hell was going on I rang Royal Mail and they opened a claim for missing item horrified to discover it accepted in another county which they wouldn’t tell me data protection. I investigated myself where the delivery address acceptance was it was still in Manchester over 130 miles away from where I live. I contacted Tolchard Luxary and told them about this first he ignored me then he told me I was a lier as they had been delivered with fake proof pic. But when I told him that I’ve opened a claim with Royal Mail about this lost parcel I think that scared him because that night he started messaging me straight away saying ‘’oh it was delivered back to us’’ so it went from it delivered to mine 100% by his fake pic to apparently having it back he decided to settle this telling me if I refund you you can order again I agreed had no intervention of reordering at all lol. He gave me my money back and then block me !!!! Good !!! (I did actually get my money back everyone) This has deffo been an huge eye opener to me if it’s to good to be true it usually is please don’t fall for this. Stick to the well know shops and well known places with protection to buy all your designer shoes everyone this case I was cleaver DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT FALL IN THE SAME TRAP !!!!! Thank you !

Awful company avoid at all cost . Spent over £200 on a pair of trainers for them to be delivered in terrible condition, they say all trainers are quality checked but clearly not. I sent them straight back for a refund but still waiting 6 days later for them to decide if I will be refunded . They ignore all messages too. Don’t be scammed !! Avoid avoid avoid! This is not a professional business and I would question if these trainers are even genuine !

If I could give it no stars I would! Pathetic excuse for a company. Ordered 2 pairs both pairs cancelled and no explanation. Very rude and simply not helpful! Avoid at all costs.

Blocked by the tik tok account when I asked about poor trust pilot reviews. Might have considered purchasing with proper customer care and an explanation but instead was blocked. Clearly a scam shop trying to cover the truth

Absolute poor company! Don’t ever buy from here. Brought some shoes and they were too small tried to return i contacted them on every platform available never got responded too until 6 days later when he said he wouldn’t accept the return because he’d “ordered them in specially” he hadn’t they’d got full stock on their site just a normal pair of dunks he was an absolute liar! Robbing company!

I ordered from this website and the order didn’t even get shipped.Messaged multiple times and on tik tok lives he says he will reply after the live but chooses to block.A complete scams and don’t trust.Had to go bank to get my money back.Save urself the hassle.

Orders a live stream on TIKTOK, bought some trainers and it was mentioned they would be dispatched the next day. A week later and not been dispatched. Ignored messages. No tracking number provided. Do not trust this company if you come across them and don’t be tricked just because they have TikTok shop.

i placed an order, then received them, i then continuously emailed the company asking for the address to return them before they arrived and after as they were the wrong size. the website says ‘contact us and we will send you the address to send the returns to’ with no reply to that email for the address we sent them back to the only address that we had on the box as they only have a week then u can’t get your refund.
after many emails to say i have returned them and i do not have to shoes. i had proof they were delivered to an address and even after emailing saying i was going to contact the financial ombudman there is still no response.

The worst service I’ve received from a company, I purchased some Jordan 4’s for £385 and before purchasing I joined a live stream where I specifically asked the owner if the shoes would be delivered on time for a specific event that I wanted to wear them for and he said if i ordered now they’d be with me within 3-5 days, I ordered on the 1st off April 2023 and it’s now the 14th off April 2023 and they still haven’t even shipped my item! I’ve sent 3-5 messages and even emailed them in which I received no response at all. I’ve even left a comment on there tiktok videos in which they deleted them shortly after which means they have most definitely seen them, appalling customer service. Definitely a company to avoid.

Appalling. No response after email after email asking where my order was. Luckily I got my money back through PayPal. I wouldn’t go anywhere near these tw**s if I were you.

Do not buy!! Scammers! Bought Nike low dunks on 1st march, got a confirmation email, never received my item. It’s been over a month and not received anything. I’ve emailed them countless times and they never got back to me! Save your money!

Ordered the true blue Jordan 1s for my sons 10th birthday, he is obsessed with Jordan’s. They were sent with Royal Mail 24hr tracking, I was able to track from the moment I got the despatched email. My son watches lots of videos on real vs fake Jordan’s so he’s done all the tips and tricks on them to determine they are real! He’s over the moon. Thankyou, will definitely order again

Ordered two pairs of trainers ! Received one two days after ! The other pair which cost 160 it’s now two weeks after and still not received. The tracking number hasn’t been scanned by any Royal Mail and the company is still saying they’re out for delivery. Royal Mail are saying I will defo not receive these ! Iv asked for a refund and leaving it in tick tocks hands ! Sick company ! Don’t buy of them ! I’m a single mum to 3 kids ! And they can do this to anybody ! Disgusting !

Do not buy at all worst customer service and support I have ordered 4 items 1 was delivered in a couple days 1 I had to ask to be sent they didn’t send it off that was a week wait I ordered a size to small sent back the same day and ordered a bigger size it has been 10 day I have have not had any items sent out will need to go through TIKTOK to get refund DO NOT TRUST!!!! 😡
