Ordered a pair of Jordan 11s and was told on the TikTok live they would be dispatched the next morning. Didn’t receive tracking. Waited a few days and messaged twice, no response. Caught them when live, they said a tracking number would have been sent - it wasn’t. They promised to contact once the live was finished. They didn’t. Messaged again, no response. Caught them again on a live and they followed and I messaged again. This was a week after my order. They then said they weren’t in stock and asked if I wanted another pair. I told them yes and which ones. They said they would dispatch next day. Chased for tracking and they hadn’t. Told me they would next day. Chased again. Told me to request a refund and re-order the new ones. Now waiting for TikTok to process refund. Feel completely messed around

Whatever you do, do not buy from this seller ! Fake trainers and then ignore all refund requests ! DO NOT BUY !!!

Ignore all the bad reviews, seller sent the shoes off the same day I ordered them and they arrived next day, well packaged. Super happy, please refrain from believing all the negative reviews

Awful! I ordered shoes and they never arrived. Sent message and no response was given. Only reason I got my money back was because of Paypal. Stay Away!!

All the bad reviews on this company and guy, are completely false!! Ordered a pair of dunk low pandas and they are legit and perfect, shipping was so easy and fast! Would use again

Ordered Jordans on 23rd Nov 22. Didn't arrive. Emailed, insta, opened a claim in PayPal. He didn't reply so the claim was closes. He said they were sent but I got no tracking info. Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful taking a child's money and not sending the item

Please what ever you do don’t buy from this company, on the 27th of December 2022 I order a pair of Jordan 4s from them I got the order confirmation and the money went out of my account, I would check in the order daily to see if they had shipped my order, it got to the 4th January and the order status had not changed from seller is preparing your order, the expected delivery dates they gave me were jan 2nd to Jan 4th, I messaged them asking for updates on my order I never got an answer I commented on multiple of their Tiktoks and had nothing in response. I then had a notification from Tiktok shop saying my order would automatically be cancelled in 8 days if the seller didn’t update the status of the order, I messaged them on Tiktok again and now started messaging on instagram, the only response I got was if you would like to cancel your order we will except. I responded saying I wanted the shoes just wanted more information on the shoes. Over the next few days I would message asking for information on my order and had no response, I then messaged on the 6th Jan demanding information about my order and they replied with there is a slight delay. After this I just didn’t even want the order anymore I cancelled the order and when the cancellation was accepted the refund was to be put back into my account within 7-14 days which is a very long time for a refund. I dm the company again saying you need to improve your customer service because what they had done was not acceptable, I commented on several of their Tiktoks warning others to not buy from the company and they deleted my comments within minutes of me posting them. They then dm me after deleting the comments on their post and told me I could cancel my order if I wanted to, I proceeded to tell them I’ve cancelled it and they need to improve their customer service and the only response I got was “ok.”

So NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from this company because all they do is take your money and don’t care about the order you made, they had empty box in their videos and those who received shoes were fake.

Steer clear of this company if possible

Would be zero stars if that was on option, ordered Nike panda dunks size 9, received kids white and red Jordan’s in a size 4.5 with Turkish logos. This company is a scam

I bought some panda dunks on the 27th December they fit perfectly and I love them great company overall can’t go wrong thanks again !

Ordered 3 pairs of dunks. Subsequently was issued a refund on one pair as it turns it they weren’t in stock, despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, ie his website stating that they were in stock. The red dunks arrived, however it appears as though there is red dye from the shoe dripping down onto the whiter part of the shoe. The second pair of dunks haven’t even arrived and despite numerously contacting the seller; there was no response. As yet, looking like I have been caught for 225 pounds. STAY AWAY.

Order a couple shoes on the 25th November and still haven’t received them. Messaged them on tiktok, Instagram and also sent an email but no response for 1 month straight. I sent another message on instagram recently and they are not cooperating at all. Awful , bunch of scammers ! If you purchased from tiktok , contact tiktok and they should refund you!

I placed an order on the 26th Nov 22 and still no trainers, the part that upset me the most is my daughter used most of her Christmas money to buy these and they didn’t come, ignored all messages only replied on instagram to which they just kept saying it’s because of the strikes £385 taken from child 😡 absolutely disgusting shame on you I don’t no how you get away with it

I was just on he’s live, and everything seemed fine, I was actually about to place a order when someone commented “check TrustPilot” And honestly I’m so glad I looked! After reading all the reviews I went back onto the live and said “check TrustPilot” immediately I was block. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Please please please DO NOT order from here, behind this man is a TON of empty boxes, this is NOT a legit company and they do not actually send out any orders (the orders that were a one off and actually had been sent out were found out to be Fakes) I ordered over a month ago and all 8 of my messages were ignored , they ignore your messages and block you once you have sent over money. I have been fighting for a refund for ages which is such a same with it being Christmas and I’m now left without a gift for someone. Don’t understand how someone with a heart could treat another like this at this time of year- absolutely disgraceful. Sorry to those of you who have been scammed like myself and I urge you to get your well deserved and earned money back!
