Qualité aps au rendez-vous, au bout d un an, le tapis est très abîmé alors que nous en prenons soin.
Je souhaitais faire une réclamation via mon compte or Impossible de réinitialiser le mot de passe pour me connecter.
Après avoir contacté le SAV, on me répond que je n'ai pas besoin de mot de passe pour parcourir le site !
Absolument pas à l'écoute du client et une qualité plus que médiocre vu le prix du tapis.

I complained about a play mat where the foil had come off. After a quick correspondence I was told that I could choose a new mat and didn't have to send the old one back. That was very straightforward for me and I was very pleased. Highly recommended and the mats themselves are beautiful and modern and fit well into the house. 5 stars!

We just received new mats. The previous ones started to come apart, but after contacting customer service (very kind and helpful), they immediately replaced them with new ones. I highly recommend them. The mats are beautiful.

I hate my toddlekind mat. I bought it on April 10 and despite them saying there is a 3 month window for returns if you’re unhappy, I was told I couldn’t get my money back when I complained on 1 June, around 7 weeks later. The tiles don’t stay together if my kids and us jump around, they are peeling up and look so awful after just 6 months of use. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Beautiful play mat and SO comfortable! I was really sad when our mat started peeling after less than a year of light use…but we reached out and Toddlekind is sending us replacement tiles! So grateful we’ll have a beautiful, functional mat again!

Run fast dont walk!! The MOST stylish, aesthetic, yet VERY HIGH quality playmats in the market for your little ones. I have tried multiple different brands but I would only invest on toddlekind playmats only. My daughter love playing on these and I love how it visually fits any part of our house!!
