Excellent service from the whole team from start to finish. The installation team did a fantastic job, were extremely professional, tidy and polite, and paid a lot of attention to detail. They replaced every window and door in our house over a period of 18 months and it has absolutely transformed the look of it so we are very happy. The quality and integrity of the products so far has been excellent, and we have received a good after service support.

Timber Windows, made us a beautiful front door and side light. They were polite and efficient throughout the process from showroom to fitting, which gave us complete confidence in the company. They REALLY know what they are doing. Wonderful quality and a joy to use. I highly recommend the product.

We had all our sash windows replaced by Timber Windows of Horndean, plus a new front door with side lights. They are superbly made and we are absolutely delighted with them. Their fitting crew were also superb, polite and cheerful and clearly enjoy their work. Customer service is second to none as evidenced when I asked for an additional piece of trim to be fitted a year after the main installation. They did this free of charge. They’re absolutely marvellous.

Timber Windows are 100% excellent. It’s been said that windows are the eyes of a house. If that’s so then our house has 20/20 vision! Further to that, the after sales service really was what it promised to be. I can’t think of any other company that I’ve come across in 40 years of house renovation that has come to look at work a year after supply and offered to improve the finish (a finish which incidentally I thought was fine). If that’s not enough…they take pride in the quality of what they do. Book ‘em!

High quality products, but also a concerted effort to put things right when mistakes happen, for example a manufacturing fault has caused our french doors to warp. Timber Windows are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their products are great quality. They supply good guarantees and maintenance documents. They are very happy to come to site to help resolve any issues.

Installers Sean and Charlie were very meticulous, the installation was very good, they were very professional, great tradies, they ensured the house was free from dust, cleaned up after etc.
The 2 windows were Meranti wood, very good quality as you'd expect for the price of quality items. All in all very satisfied with the work and windows.

My husband and I are really pleased and very happy with our 2 new windows. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly and look great.

The 4 guys who came did an excellent job fitting the windows, even when we changed our mind and decided we didn't want the trim on the inside of the windows (They had only done part of one window!) They were professional, tidy, punctual and nice to have around.

We will definitely be back when we need the rest of our windows replaced.

Installation was professionally and courteously executed. 4 installers turned up at appointed time, they were friendly, neat and tidy. They completed job in about 7 hrs and installation looks great. Not cheap but we are happy we used them. Only time will tell if our expectations for the product is realized.
