We recently had a door installed by London Timber Windows & Doors and had a really great experience from start to finish.

Paul and Hamzah were our first points of contact and were incredibly helpful while we were deciding on the door. We went back and forth quite a bit over time, but they were always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to advise without ever making things feel difficult.

Jen was fantastic with the coordination side. She kept us updated throughout the process and was very accommodating when we needed to rearrange the fitting date, even helping bring it forward to a time that worked much better for us.

The fitters, Thomas and Sukh, were also brilliant. They were friendly, professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They spent a long time making sure everything was finished perfectly and the end result looks amazing.

We’re really pleased with the quality of the door and the overall service from the whole team. Would definitely recommend.

We have now had four separate installations (windows and doors) from Timber Windows and each time we have received excellent service from all the staff - from Showroom to Installation to Aftercare. They are a truly professional organisation and I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Timber Windows provided a really efficient service . This is our 3rd installation from Timber Windows in the Cotswolds. 3 casement, 3 box sash and a bay window arrangement. The windows are beautiful and well engineered, we have windows which were installed in 2015 which are still in perfect condition.

We're in an property with a few awkward angles as you expect in an older house. Lee and the other installers are clearly very experienced and did a perfect job. They were very respectful of the property, friendly and tidy. Great communications about the work so help us manage the disruption to our lives.

Would buy again, and have done so.

Similar to other recent reviews, we had a new front door fitted; which we love. The quality is superb and it complements our 1900's home perfectly.
The end to end experience has been great, but we wanted to make specific reference to the people who installed the door. Their care and attention to detail was fantastic, leaving not just the door looking brilliant but the surroundings as though nothing had ever been disturbed.
Highly recommend this company.

Beware: Upfront Payment, Poor Consultation, Inaccurate Ordering and Ongoing Delays

This company requires full payment before confirming an installation date. If problems arise, resolution is extremely difficult. We have experienced significant delays/inconvenience, property damage caused by their contracted scaffolders during preparation, inaccurate surveying, poor consultation, and the supply of an incorrect order, among other minor issues. 25 weeks after paying the deposit, they are still unable to provide a confirmed completion date.

If you are considering this company, I strongly recommend conducting thorough research, seeking personal recommendations, and fully understanding the implications of their payment terms before committing.

After struggling to close our battered (and very draughty) old front door for the last 10 years, we’ve finally had a new one fitted by Timber Windows - and we’re delighted with the result.

We chose the Townhouse door in Hague Blue and think it looks great. It’s clearly well made and feels very solid and secure.

The fitters took great care and took pride in their work. It’s not often that a company exceeds our expectations, but Timber Windows has done brilliantly.

Great choice of styles for our new front door plus we were able to have our own specified colour.
The whole team from sales, through admin, to fitting were more than helpful.
Door is now fitted and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

The installation of new windows and new front and back doors was completed today. Everything went very well indeed; we had a really good and nice two teams to do the installations, Lee and his three sons. They worked very hard, started early and did not stop for lunch; please thank and congratulate them all on a job well done. It was a pleasure to have them. My only negative point is that there were too many different types of manager.

Throughout the whole process from my initial enquiry to the completion of the work I have been impressed by the professional and friendly interactions I have had with all members of the Timber Windows team. I am extremely pleased with windows and doors and they have exceeded my expectations. I would unequivocally recommend them.
