I’ve been using Timber Windows for almost 10 years. Their products are extremely well made, expertly finished, long lasting and above all stunning. This is a premium product, but as most things in life, you definitely get what you pay for. The added bonus, is all their staff, from Sales to Surveying, Installation and Administration are all polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows or doors.

If the installation service was not already first class their post service is genuinely second to none. I have never experienced a company with such integrity.

We were having new windows installed earlier this year and the team went and checked 3 doors installed 5+ years ago to clean etc. They, not the client, noted a slight crack in the frames and without even asking 6 weeks later 3 new doors were installed. I had not even noticed the crack.

The team whether in the office or on sight are a pleasure to deal with. Okay you need to keep Alan and his crew happy with tea and biscuits!!! but this is the least I would expect.

It feels as though you are dealing with a good old fashion company that values the relationship with its client.

The team was on time, very efficient, clean and tidy. The job which involved fitting 2 new windows was done to a very high standard with minimal redecoration required.
Recommend them highly.

From to start to finish, our windows replacement project was carried out to a very high and extremely professional standard. At the initial quoting stage, some very helpful and useful advice was provided. The windows are of extremely high quality and the installation was seamless and also to a very high standard. The fitters involved certainly know their stuff and were clean and tidy and polite throughout the process and in our opinion went the extra mile.
We would certainly use Timber Windows again - thank you for a job very well done!

Definitely a five star product with five star service and skilled fitting.
The whole process from the initial postal information, the showroom visit, subsequent ordering and administration were all first class. The removal of our old front door and fitting of the new replacement was completed with great care and skill. There was great consideration and attention to detail by the fitters who clearly enjoyed their work. This was our second experience of Timber Windows and has again been a stress free and enjoyable customer experience.

We have had to make many many decisions to make over the past year with the renovation of our house but the one that I have absolutely no regrets over is the gorgeous windows supplied by Timber windows southern!!! We are absolutely thrilled and they give me pleasure every time

Timber Windows (southern) have replaced our PVC windows and French doors and have done a brilliant job!

We visited the showroom at Horndean various times as we were unsure on what style we wanted to go for, Charlie was so helpful in showing us all the different options in the showroom and was very good at explaining all the different styles, handles and hinges etc we could choose from.

Kevin was extremely helpful from start to finish and very understanding about us changing the design a few times as we wanted to get it right.

The two guys that fitted the windows and doors were very good and the finish of the installation was done to an extremely high standard with minimal damages to interior decoration. They were both friendly, professional and very tidy. We are very happy with the fitting and the quality of the product is second to none.

The French doors are amazing, they are huge and it has completely transformed our kitchen/dining area and we are so happy we have had the pleasure of working with Timber Windows (Southern). Couldn’t have asked for more!! Highly recommend this company if you are after brilliant workmanship and high quality products!

Timber Windows (Southern) Ltd completed the replacement of our doors and windows, and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, the product supplied and the team who completed the work and the communication and customer service throughout the process.
After getting a number of quotes for the work, Timber Windows were certainly not the lowest cost, but also not the most expensive. But we are so happy we paid a little bit more as the level of service and quality of workmanship was excellent.
Clear and timely communicaiton throughout the process, no surprises and the work was completed on time.
I would highly recommend them and would without doubt use them again.
