Fantastic range of products - I needed a life vest for my holidays due to a health condition and was getting really fed up with all the boring ones I could find, then I found these guys and fell in love with the really vibrant designs and at a really reasonable price! Delivery was quick, the product is fabulous and extremely comfortable- what’s not to love?

The board arrived quickly, was well packaged.
The board itself is awesome, my son who received it for his 6 birthday was so so happy.
The bag is well constructed, comfy to carry and good quality.
This board is outstanding quality and we can’t wait to get out on the water with it!

Got an email from DX showing "standard delivery", and in actual fact will take 4 days before the product is delivered

Messaged tidal rave directly via ther customer services link - guess what? They didn't even bother to reply.

Avoid these guys like the plague, if the product is anything like the customer service it'll be a complete waste of money!

The deck pad is peeling off the board after 3 uses and showing glue residue underneath. Really not happy considering i paid £300 for this product.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I brought 2 boards but on delivery realised they came with the same colour accessories. I contacted customer support and asked if it was possible to change the accessories to a different colour so we are able to tell our boards apart without having to take them out of the bag. I had a response within an hour and they couldn't have been more helpful! I sent the items (bag, leash and dry bag) back and replacements in a completely different colour were sent out. Used our boards last weekend and found them to be great quality and look amazing on the water. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely range of unique designs the quality of the boards them selves and and the equipment /accessories that comes with it are well thought out would buy another for family or friends

Delivery was super quick, my board arrived the following day after ordering.
After expressing online that I wasn’t keen on the colour of my bag, customer services promptly messaged me and agreed to ship a different colour, so happy with the service & board. Highly recommend!

Top-rate customer service - prompt responses to the online contact form and really swift to sort out the minor issues (one of which was of our own making!) with replacement parts. Loving the boards so far - easy enough for even a total novice like me to set up and pack away, and the kids are loving being out on the water.

I upgraded my previous board (from another brand) and can honestly say I wish I had upgraded sooner. This board is stunning in design but also is so smooth on the water.
I cannot recommend these boards enough with all their beautiful designs it was hard to choose!

I received the best customer service from Tidal Rave I have ever received from a company. I contacted them about an issue with the fins on my board, the member of staff contacted me back and kept in touch with me throughout and genuinely went above and beyond. I would not only recommend them for their fantastic product, but also for their second to non customer service.

Delivery was fast and accurate. And the board is absolutely fantastic, quality and description is spot on. The board itself is perfect even on choppy sea as that's what it was like towards the end of maiden voyage. Truly a fantastic bit of kit.

I bought a Tidal rave paddleboard last year, and despite having some issues with the fin clips, I cannot recommend this company enough.
The board is a fantastic design and is really stable to use, the amount you get in their kit far surpasses every other paddleboard provider out there.
Their customer service has been second to none, even after a year they have been responsive and as helpful as they can.

Printing is poor quality and rubs off, looks nothing like the pictures. Really not happy with the money I have spent
