I would never buy from them again. Their customer service is utterly useless. Every time you contact them they just send back a message asking how you’d rate the support from Max. Max did nothing. So now I’m stuck with a too big robe I can’t exchange simply because they refuse to reply to me.

Received my order of the spring suit super quickly and all perfect. I almost returned it as I initially found it difficult to get off but after losing a little bit of weight, it’s a lot easier so maybe was just a tad small haha. They didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock so went with the pale green which is actually really nice. I went in the sea this morning and the suit enabled me to actually swim and really enjoy myself. Usually this time of year I just dip in and out. Super happy! 🌊

I have now purchased two brobes. The Toucan and the Charcoal. They are literally the best investment. I also have a Dryrobe and the Beachbum beats that hands down. Love them!

Good quality coat unfortunately i didn’t like the style on me so i decided to return it :(
However, the delivery was quick and the communication from the customer team was good.
Yes I would recommend this coat and company to others.

Ordered a robe for my daughter's birthday, very nice product but sadly did not fit. Tried to organise a return and exchange but non-existent customer services. They don't have a phone number and never replied to our emails. Disappointing.

I have now ordered and love both the mint green brobe and Azure swimming costume. The quality is excellent, I frequently receive compliments on both and when I look at the quality compared to others in different brand brobes, I am so pleased I chose BeachBum. I contacted customer service and dealt with Max; I found him to be excellent. He couldn't have done more to assist me. I really appreciate both the standard of customer service and the quality of the items, therefore I couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you!

I absolutely love my growing beach bum collection! Bought a sup first which is absolutely amazing it’s such high quality sturdy and looks beautiful! I’ve recently bought a brobe (which is also high quality, thick sherpa and thick waterproof above any others I’ve seen on the market) a spring suit and a swimsuit! Which I am yet to use but look stunning and are again very well made! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love the swimsuit good for my cold water swim. Only down side is it is really difficult to take off. I cant get it over my shoulders. Need someone to help me get it off.

I wish I could give this so called business a lower grade! There customer service is horrible, they lag to process orders and take forever to ship!! I had to send multiple emails to get an answer on my items. Then never once replied. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Quality robe. Love it. Been wearing it daily as it’s comfortable, thick and warm. Definitely recommend rather than cheap ones.

The coat is brilliant. I never want to take it off. Great on rainy days also.

I generally find wet suits uncomfortable and difficult to get on and off but my shortie beach bum is perfect, and so soft and comfortable.

2nd brobe bought from yourselves and as usual, did not disappoint. The free tote bag is perfect too. I feel very ready for my next cold water swim!
I also purchased my son a brobe which he loves. No more getting soaked walking to school in this lovely British weather. Thank you Beachbum 😊
