Colours of buddy clips nothing like on the website. Was expecting bright neon colours and received dull washed out ones.

Haven’t received my board even after the tracking states it was delivered. I have emailed them loads of times and no response

paddle board is amazing and all the accessories with it are spot on but the next day delivery they advertise just didn't happen, got a notification saying out for delivery I had the day off and it never turned up waited 2 more days for it to finally be delivered, got no reply from customer service either bit of a shame but the board itself is brilliant

The deck pad peels off after a few weeks. Not great quality - looks nice, but the feel of the board is not as good as my friends

I’m a beginner and had never been on a board before last week, but I took fairly quickly to messing around on my partner’s SUP and decided I wanted one for myself. As an Essex girl, I loved that Tidal Rave is an Essex based company and the designs were really fun and bold; as the company sell buoyancy aids as well, I decided to buy all my kit from the same place for ease and really liked how the aid was a vibrant design, rather than a boring black or red one. I’ve been on my board 3 times since it arrived and have absolutely loved my experience so far - the board is so stable and I’ve been able to stand up already and even do some (wonky) kickback turns. Someone asked where I bought my SUP from the first time I took it out, which is always fun!

This board has a weight limit of 170kg, so might be a great option for chunkier paddlers.

I had a slight problem with the clips on my carry strap arriving bent, but it was no trouble to swap it.

Just got the Smilez board as a first timer, great board came with dry bag and also a water proof phone case. Been on it handles well for me and my young son.

Such a good package for the beginner to get you on the water. Really pleased with the quality at a great price! Would recommend to anyone.

Great board 👌 came next day as said . Only bad point the smaller bag was a different colour too the rest of the extras . Not a massive thing .
