Very easy. I had forgotten my password, but very easy to use.

No waiting for tickets . Straight in the door , no long lines . Brilliant show

The ticketing app is ok but WiFi coverage at the venue is unreliable ticket transfer did not allow me to transfer tickets to all my group at home just stuck on loading screen
Purchasing tickets at presale was terrible once tickets are selected and in checkout cart they should not become unavailable or sold to someone else during the process

I found it hard to download my ticket at the Town Hall, so went to the ticket office to receive it by text

Fantastic show in the end. Unfortunately the sound system in the first half was so loud the band drowned out Greg on the piano. Some people walked out. We, along with a few others, complained at half time and thankfully in the 2nd half they got it right. Greg is the best at Elton John, we've seen him in Australia. In the end the Town Hall was rocking, great night

Great venue, fabulous performer. The only downer was that we had seats directly behind the sound desk and the crew stood up all night blocking our view. I can't remember if that sound desk position was high-lighted on the seating plan at the time of booking, but if it wasn't to do so would be helpful (the seats were basicall "restricted view" seats).

Paying to be at a LIVE concert with the only view being the back of heads tilting side to side trying for a view is not my idea of a good night out. Seating arrangement was poor and the only time I saw the artist was when I stood up and left in frustration. Will not go to this venue again.

Always a great show with Queen music & the lovely staff who helped me up & down the stairs. Thanks Bruce Mason Centre.

It was a wonderful experience — beautiful costumes, technically immaculate performances, and so much fun! I especially loved that the show was genuinely family- and kids-friendly, with great humour and no dirty jokes.

I have major issues with the app on my android phone. Just won't load and then open.

the booking process was so easy and everything about it was great! and the show was great! wish i could say the same about the venue!!

Our seats had a great view.This was a magical experience. The performers had us on the edge of our seats with most of their acrobatics and the Mad Hatter was extremely funny.

Absolutely awesome! 🤩✨ Cirque Alice was such an incredible show from start to finish. The talent, costumes, music and performances were amazing, and there was never a dull moment.

It was fun, exciting and completely mesmerising — the kids and I absolutely loved it! Such a fantastic experience and definitely a show I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Theatre, great Acoustics. The show was wonderful in so much as Freddie Mercury impersonator was all about including the audience which responded well to singing along with him and dancing on the stage when invited up. His Guitarists were simply magic.

The music was so loud it distorted the words
The constant stream of people going out to get more alcohol during the first act
We had a drunk woman at half time who kept trying to climb up via a railing on to our level
Hats off to the security man who eventually removed her
But we were pleased we went - it was certainly an experience

Fantastic show. Alice had an outstanding voice, the violinist was amazing and the amazing skill of the other performers- just WOW.
