WHAT. A. NIGHT!!! 😭🔥 Jason Derulo was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I had the BEST time and honestly don’t think I could have asked for a better concert experience. The energy was insane from start to finish, and seeing him perform from the FRONT BARRICADE was a dream!!! 😭💜

Being right up at the front made it SO much more exciting — I was living my absolute best life! 😂🔥 The atmosphere, the music, the dancing, the production… EVERYTHING was amazing!

And I have to give a massive shoutout to the staff because they were genuinely so lovely! They were handing out water to me at the barricade so I didn’t have to give up my incredible front-standing spot. 🥹💧 Such a thoughtful thing to do, and I appreciated it SO much!

The only thing that could have made the experience even better would be having a way for people in the front standing/barricade area to use the bathroom without losing their spot. 😂 Once you’ve waited and managed to get that perfect spot, you definitely don’t want to risk leaving it!

Jason absolutely brought it — the performance was energetic, fun and completely unforgettable. I was singing, dancing and screaming my heart out the entire night! 😂🔥

Easily one of the BEST concert experiences I’ve ever had. Getting front barricade made it even more special, and I’m still not over it!!! 😭💜

Agnes Obel concert was excellent. There was an issue when I arrived as the seat I was allocated had been physically removed to allow for wheel chair access. The team quickly went to work and allocated me a much better seat in a great location. Sound quality was great. The only negative was the supporting act as the music was not to my taste. Venue is excellent - spacious, and access and parking was easy. Food/drink options could be expanded. A great night out.

I had my tickets saved in wallet to make it easier for entry however your scanner didn’t work then I was asked to log in and find tickets again for proof even though I had them in the wallet present . Wasted my time and energy looking for freaking email while logging in the app

The performance itself was fantastic, but unfortunately our seats were very disappointing.
A week before the performance, we received an email advising that there would be a restricted view of the stage from our seats. As the show was already sold out, there was no opportunity to change seats. We also weren’t offered any reduction in ticket price, despite the restricted view not being mentioned at the time of booking.
Given the stage setup, it seemed as though the staging could have been adjusted slightly to improve the view for those affected. It was disappointing to pay full price for tickets without being made aware of the restriction when purchasing them.

I couldn’t work out how to book a group booking with a mix of kids and adults so had to do over the phone. Then I needed to add a ticket but the system went into a whirl of doom when I went to pay. Then I tried again but the seat appeared booked so had to book seat next to it but it wasn’t actually booked. All very irritating

I attended with my husband, friend, daughter and two granddaughters they had a blast. The show was awesome and we were still talking about it the day after. The staff/ushers make us welcome; the free water was great as I am an asthmatic and the smoke briefly had me struggling for breath. But I was prepared, water and inhaler. Our sitting was awesome. Performers were great.

In general, a well-run musical with no criticism at all. A brilliant performance by Matilda given her age.

Easy to use website and app

Although frustrating that I was so far down the queue to purchase tickets for the Warriors that is no fault of Ticketmaster and I eventually got some. The process is good how it keeps you up to date on how long to wait for.

Easy steps to follow to purchase tickets but I wasn't able to confirm the purchase for almost 2 hours due to a system error. If I hadn't come across that issue I would've given 5 stars.

Show of the year - hands down!
Shinedown brought all the bells and whistles and absolutely rocked everyone's socks!

We had issues with the Member Code that was given to us from the NRL and didn't work properly.
This needs to be sorted.

It's just an easy service to use from purchasing tickets and then entering the venue electronically. Had to transfer some tickets which again was easy as. Overall, cant fault the service on this occasion.

It was easy to purchase the tickets. Each step was clear and it was a quick process. Ticket delivery was efficient and easy and the whole process from booking to being at the show was seamless.

The staff at the theatre were wonderful and very helpful and getting to the show was easy and plenty of parking close by

Still sound was not what was required. Music was louder than vocals. But this I think all mics worked throughout the show & also having security from start to end was a good thing and need to be continued for any concert like this irrespective of what country, ethnicity etc.

It really needed to be emphasised mire that this was a joint gig. So many people we saw at the gig including us had no idea it was a joint gig. And were even mire surprised that not only did you have Bush on first you had a supporting act to eat up more time. Just crazy

Great venue. Staff were amazing and happy. Didn't know about emptying your drink and got told off but that's ok. Easy to find the venue as well.
App easy to use. Loved that staff brought water around for those at the front. Good call guys.
