Came to Trustpilot to check out this place before buying. I couldn't be more happy with their service - two days for order to arrive. The DVD shelf is almost perfect for my requirements. I may buy another if I can make room. Highly recommend this company.

I love them, I found them rather
Easy to put together, was looking for numbers on the parts, then worked out you just look at the picture,which is better as stickers are known to come off.
Delivery was fast,thanks for that.
I also brought a large pink ottoman which I also love.
I'm a very happy customer and yes will tell others and buy again.🤗👍
Just a wee comment that might be helpful, is that the post van was used to deliver, they said "These were far to big n heavy for the post to do, it needs to be sent by truck."

Positives: Fast shipping and friendly, responsive customer service.
Negatives: The “dark grey” couch we ordered arrived black. Not just a shade difference, but a completely different color. We were told we’d need to pay return shipping both ways (about half the couch’s cost), so we had to keep it. Disappointing experience. Be cautious with large purchases, as color discrepancies aren’t supported.

We ordered an industrial double hanging garment rack at a very reasonable price and with quick delivery. Following the instructions it was simple to put it together. It is the best product compared to other providers of the same item. For one thing the product is strong and sturdy. We were so impressed with the product that we purchased a second one.

Everything from the quality of the item to the purchase & delivery process is outstanding!

Very affordable prices, good quality furniture and VERY fast delivery times. It's true some of the instructions take a bit of mental processing, and maybe the odd screw here and there isn't quite right - but nothing major and I've seen this happen no matter where I buy furniture.

I recently purchased a double bed frame. (Desmond Signature). Unfortunately it was very poor quality - cheap and flimsy wood. The assembly instructions were terrible, and extremely difficult to follow. I was expecting a better quality product, based on it's description. One of the base parts of the bed is too short, and doesn't even reach the floor. I would recommend customers to buy their furniture elsewhere.

First time buyer. Love the bookshelf. Very easy to construct and move by one person. Ideal for my space at a craft shop and looks wonderful.

This is my first time shopping online with Space General, and I made my purchase based on positive reviews from other customers. I bought the Mariah 4-Tier Ladder Bookshelf in Rustic Brown.

The packaging was excellent, with the items securely wrapped and tightly packed in the box, preventing any movement or damage during shipping. The instruction manual was straightforward, and assembly was quick and easy.

The bookshelf itself is sturdy, modern, and complements my décor perfectly. I haven't "styled" the bookshelf yet, so I don't have a photo to share at this time. I’m also considering purchasing more items from Space General in the future. My experience with customer service was great, with quick responses and a fast turnaround time.
