Horrible stuff. I was shocked. I have used better quality cloth for my toilet. Please do not buy these things. Incredible lie and waste of over £100.

Grim. Totally grim. They have a great website, hook you in with great discounts on what look like great products. When the stuff arrives they are not even close to the advertised products. Polyester, cheap, awful. When you try and return to obtain your money you enter into a dance: 20% refund and keep the products. If you say no it goes to 30%, then 40% and finally 50%. I suspect that you will not get anything, ever no matter what you say.
Just avoid. Even with 90% discount still not good value. Awful products. Grim. And check trustpilot before using any unknown website....

Gorgeous website, sob story about having to close down their shop, lovely looking cashmere tops, linen dresses, big discounts...
All lies. The goods arrived after several weeks, cheap, nasty polyester. Dire.
Requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Returned the goods. No refund given.
Very very angry. And feel very foolish for being taken in by dishonest people.
Do not buy from this company.

This is a dishonest site which has changed its claims since I ordered from them in November.
They claimed to be holding a closing down sale from a shop in Oxford. There appears to be no such shop.
Delivery was stated as fast - it took 19 days.
Refunds were stated to be "for any reason" - they refused refund unless the goods were faulty or damaged.
Returns are to CANADA at your own cost.
"Cashmere" jumper arrived with no labels confirming fibre content or country of origin - illegal in the UK. They are today still advertising goods as cashmere which are available on other sites where they are stated as wool/wool blend/polyester.
So only buy if you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery and receive goods that are not what was stated and cannot be returned without a huge amount of time trouble and expense.
After many emails with them I accepted a 50% refund. A better person would have held out for a paid return to Canada and full refund for goods which were not as described.

Pop-up ad says this online store is closing and all remaining stock has to be sold at less than half price.
I placed online order for a medium size “Agatha elegant cashmere cardigan” in green original price £240.00 Sale price £59.95 on 20/12/24. Item was delivered on 31/12/24 from abroad (courier tracking site indicated it had to clear customs). Item is labelled AIYISHANGFUSHI with no label of materials/care instructions; made of cheap materials (polyester) no button holes, not a knitwear, very baggy shapeless and unflattering, nothing like the item they advertised. Their website is (today) indicating “today is last day of closure sale”. They respond to emails but no other contact information. This company is dishonest about their products. Will not order from them again.

One star is far too much!!! I can only echo every other review I have just read. £130 down the drain! Only saver for me is that others will benefit from this scam at the charity shop and, are most welcome, rather than attempt to send back to Canada for them to no doubt re-sell. It’s beyond disgusting. Can’t even take them to the small claims court ( I have a label on one of mine) they are made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex!! I would have suggested a class action against the company but, with them operating from several locations in Canada, including Nova Scotia, as soon as they got wind of it, they would close up and move on to the next scam!! I guess the answer is to ALWAYS check Trust Pilot first or stick to trusted companies like John Lewis etc…. Wishing you all a scam free 2025 !!

Shocked obviously too good to be true! Did not realise that I ordered from Canada but in fact posted from Netherlands I have returned but cost half the amount however apart from giving to a charity shop await refund….

The product is made of cheap material and construction nothing like its photo ad
The company have been offering 20 30and 40% return of monies paid and keep the product which is totally useless but refuse to send a return label I am unable to recommend this company to anyone
I would not have a use for the product so do not want to keep it I believe a part of online shopping is the ability to return if one is dissatisfied with the quality

Yes scammed by a sob story. Ordered items on 15th December. Still waiting. Have sent numerous emails asking for order to be cancelled. They keep reassuring me it’s on the way. This company must be a scam. I want my money back now!!!!!!!!!!
Funnily enough my items just arrived. It is the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. I paid over £100 for this crap. I definitely want my money back and I don’t expect to pay for postage. Looks like it came from China.

The his is a total scam in fact they are so dishonest they are breaking the law law governing retail and trading standards and need to shut down asap

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Quality, etc... we all seem to agree how horrendous they are!
I have been in dispute with them for 3 weeks and they have offered up to 60% refund or to return items (to 3 different addresses now) at my expense. American Express is reviewing the dispute. I feel so passionate about not letting them continue to scam others that I need to publish this and as many reviews as possible to warn against them!

This is a scam. You will not get a refund so don't bother trying. They send polyester rubbish quality and do not respond when you want to return them.

Items are all from China NOT Canada but to prevent you returning them they only allow a Canadian address for returns.
Cashmere is polyester and cotton. Satin is polyester alone.
Everything has gone straight to a charity shop! Horrendous quality. Horrendous service. Do not buy from here.

I’m afraid I’ve been caught out with this too. I’m not prepared to send the clothes to Canada - as I’m certain they have not come from there. I will try and see if my Bank/Credit card can help. Beware of Thompson Oxford - it is a fraudulent company.

This is a scam. The 'cashmere' jumpers have probably no cashmere in them. No way to check anyway: no label, no composition and no country of origin. Read their 'return policy page': it is basically impossible to return the goods. Stay away!
