These ladies are con artists and should be arrested. They continue to deceive people by sending cheap items totally different from pictures! They should not be able to sleep at night for their dishonesty !

do not order! I rec'd two terrible dresses and only rec'd 20-% of my money back.. The dresses went in the trash.

I have had the exact same experience as many of the people who've written about Avery & Bennett. I corresponded with the owner in January to ask about the hat I ordered in December; she said the order was being "processed." I was patient. It's now April and it looks like they are out of business, there's no phone number. This is just theft. I hope the State of Maine can track them down and impose appropriate penalties.

Total scam operation. I ordered a hat in December 2025 and it never came. I emailed them over 5 times and was put off to a delay of shipping. It is now April 2026 and my order has never come. The email I have for Avery Boutique is obsolete now. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

Seemingly a fraudulent company We finally had to dispute through our credit card company and got our money back. Thank goodness! You've been warned!

I ordered and paid for 3 fur hats. It's April I never received them. I contacted company and was told there on their way and they said it rudely. When I asked for a refund they said you could only cancel after so many hours after ordering which I don't believe. I bet when this company started it was great because honorable people with pride n there product started it. Now it's probably run by spoiled over compensated children who never had to work for anything. I think there founders are rolling over in there graves. You should be ashamed your probably not because it would take embarrassment something your company no longer has.

Arrived late.
Sizes are inconsistent.
No cleaning instructions.
No labels identifying the exact material these garments were made from.
No receipt.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I placed an order on 12-20-25 and have yet to receive it. I have sent numerous emails with no results. This company is fraudulent and very dishonest.

I was scammed…I ordered a hat in December and never received it and never received my refund. I emailed them 7 times and they lied lied lied….they are ann illegal business.

I would never shop whith this company again. At first I was charged, yet never receive a confirming email. Had to show a document to prove they charged me. Merchandise was poor quality, misrepresented on the website and impossible to return. My advice, stay away.

I ordered a hat from them on December 22 and it is March 16 and the hat never arrived. I have reached out multiple times and still no hat.

What a pos company this is. Do not buy a thing from them. I got a sweater , first it’s a SHEIN product and two a babies hard couldn’t fit their head in opening. They didn’t have the correct delivery tracking. The collar is completely different
From the picture on their website. They said no to refund because it’s not damaged. Well it’s defective and I’m out $59.95 again do not shop here

I placed a order on December 25, 2025 and two months later I have not received my order and there is no tracking information. Customer Service emails only states there are delays in shipping. This is the response after numerous emails back and forth. Im told no refunds until after receiving the item.

I purchased 2 fur hats from them 12/23/25 and did not receive a confirmation acknowledgement so I emailed a d was told I would receive it, weeks later I emailed again to check on my order and was told some bs story, when I emailed the 3rd time to cancel I was told the items shipped but I never received them.

I agree with all the other reviews for this company. Wish i'd been smart enough to read them before ordering. My garments don't look like the pictures. Quality is poor. They don't fit. Returns are next to impossible despite the money back guarantee. Take it from me. Spend your money somewhere else.

Do not order from here! I was so stupid to not check reviews. This is a scam. I ordered articles of clothing. Not at all what I thought I was getting. Cheap material. Made in China! Return policy is a joke. The website is so inviting. Horrible place. Someone should shut them down! Buyers beware!

Absolutely the worst!!! They advertise that their products are real sweaters made out of sweater knit material and they most definitely are NOT! They are cheaply made material! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them you will be totally disappointed and charged a fortune for it. Shipping also takes forever.

Never received my order !
Order for hat and gloves made 12/28. Contacted via email on 01/22 regarding no receipt . Was informed shipper had not provided tracking . That did not Help !!
Today is 02/12 . Still NO PRODUCT OR COMMUNICATION.
