I can only reiterate what others have said. Goods are of terrible quality and not as advertised in terms of material used. They try offering you a discount to persuade you to keep the item and if you refuse you can only do so by returning to a Canadian address. Unfortunately you need to do this to initiate a charge back through the bank...

I can only echo this organisation is a bunch of scammers. Playing the sad story of a local shop having to go out of business and selling the remaining stock at large discounts before year end. Actually they sent me cheap nylon clothes, way too late and so far impossible to return.if anyone has managed to obtain their phone number or a full refund, please let me know?

This is a scam. Beautiful website but the quality is awfull. Do not shop on this website. I cannot state this strongly enough. NEVER SPEND A DIME ON THIS SITE.

My experience of this company has been absolutely dire. The dress that i ordered was reduced from £200 to £40, arrived late, was not true to size and was of a terrible quality. After emailing back and forth with the owner, i received only 35% of the cost (£13!) as they claimed that return shipping costs were too high. The dress has been donated to a charity shop. I encourage you not to buy from this company. Not reputable at all.

Stupid me to get caught by these people. I have got a 50% refund and will be giving my "cashmere" top containing no wool to the Salvation Army. I see that they have multiple sites using the same advert but changing names so they will be doing really well. All power to any lawyer taking them on.
They don't deserve any stars at all.

I was also scammed by this company advertising a 'closing down sale' items are disgraceful rags, said wouldn't issue a refund unless I returned to Canada!!! I am a Lawyer so this will be my hobby now taking these people to court & every single institution in the land.

Avoid on every count - customer service, quality of product, misrepresentation (product description), refusal to refund.
This retailer needs to be investigated and their card acceptance licence rescinded.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE - If I could give zero stars I would- total scam everything is lies, they are based in Canada so postage is so much. I bought a coat, not sized and didn’t fit, it wasn’t cashmere- they are not closing down so this isn’t a fantastic buy. It wasn’t cashmere it was a soft of felt. They agreed to refund but only on receipt of coat. £29.70 to send. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Borderline scam-like.
The “cashmere cardigan” for £59.95, allegedly originally £200+ was incredibly bad quality in terms of fabric and cut. Like sub Primark quality. Perhaps it has some cashmere in but it is predominantly synthetic fibres. And there is no textile composition info on the website or a care label on or with the product (which is against UK regulations).
Despite the website guaranteeing a refund if you’re not satisfied, I was repeatedly asked to justify why I wanted to return it for a refund; and then offered a 30% refund. It was only after threatening legal action that they finally provided their returns address and agreed in principle to a full refund. Getting to that point took many weeks.
You then have to pay to return the item to their warehouse in Canada, which cost £16 for a v light cardigan.

Pluses:
- very polite customer service tone over emails (though the content of what they say is highly problematic)
- I have eventually received a full refund (not including the extortionate return shipping fee)

Terrible quality. The quality is the same as temu and shein. Won’t even let us refund and ship back their horrendous product. Don’t ever order from here, they have terrible customer service.

Felt like such an idiot for falling for the scam, thinking I was supporting a family run business having to close especially after finding the items with a google image search on SheIn and Ali Express for 80% of the price I’d paid! I still wouldn’t have brought such utter cheap rubbish. After countless emails rejecting the 10-50% refund offers I told them they needed to refund me as soon as I sent proof of a tracking number for the return. I sent them a copy of the label but didn’t want to actually send the items and not get the refund either given postage to Canada is expensive! So I waited until the refund had been processed. Didn’t end up sending the items back either, cancelled it so wasn’t charged the postage I’d have also lost out on, so I guess I scammed the scammer but I wasted time not to mention the frustration caused. The stuff will be going to charity shop now- lesson learnt! Hope anyone reading this can attempt the same trick.

The returns /refund process is a nightmare and they have every clause covered to not accept returns except ‘the item does not suit me’ and even then it is virtually impossible to get a refund.
DO NOT BUY from this sham company.

Still trying to return but without a phone number it’s impossible. The items are so gross of rather pay to return them than take the 50% discount offered as I’m sure of catch fire if I wore them near a heater!
Absolutely huge scam run by ignorant people with no interest is taking the clothes back. After all, they’ve already travelled from a sweat shop in China!
Don’t buy!!!

I purchased a coat for my partner from this site, it was described as a cashmere coat, but what arrive was nothing like what was in the description and the characters on the label tag were in Chinese. I contacted then asking for the returns procedure but was than given the option of a 20% discount, which I refused, they then preceded to reduce the discount to 50%, which I decided to take, as I found that to return the Item to an address in Canada would cost far more than the offered discount

God I'm just so ashamed that I've fallen for this one. I'm echoing all the other reviews. The products are absolutely nothing like what's described on the website, the materials are horribly cheap and the items are poorly made, and the returns procedure is a complete joke. I am absolutely kicking myself that I didn't realise this was a scam. Don't fall for it guys.

Scammers. Advertise cashmere clothing discounted as closing down indefinitely owned boutique in UK. However the delivery was a piece of rag, acrylic and mis-shapen and nothing like the advertised jacket. Returns are impossible- they offer percentages of the fees paid and no option for a full refund unless you pay for delivery to a warehouse in Canada!! Do not buy from these criminals. I’ve started a chargeback through my bank.

This company is a scam…do not purchase any items from it!!

No stars. Do not buy from the sham company. Advertised as a closing down sale for a small, carefully curated, local boutique. Actually poor quality mass imports shipped from Canada. When you try to return they want you to ship it to a Canadian warehouse or accept an ever increasing refund amount with each correspondence (20,40,50 50%).

Like all the others have said these people are scammers and I can’t believe how they get away with it . I have truly learnt my lesson I had a 5o% refund as I got totally fed up with requesting a returns label and them telling me it would be too expensive to return . Please think twice before ordering . I’m only sorry I had to give 1 star as it would definitely be a minus .

If I could give this scam company zero stars I would. Please do not fall for this on social media. Dreadful quality goods, nothing like the description just cheap knock offs. Went straight in the bin.
