Excellent

Easy to order, quick delivery. Lovely thick, fluffy fabric. I ordered 2 hooded gowns. The pile was a bit flat when they arrived but after a quick wash and tumble dry they were really lovely.

Bought a bath robe for my daughters…

Bought a bath robe for my daughters birthday in October. She loves it so much she had ordered another one. The only down side was that I couldn’t get on to track the order. Other than that all good. Will definitely be buying from Thistle again.

Disappointing

I had no response from Live Chat or email when I enquired about delivery. Also there was no Tracking available as mentioned.
The quality was mediocre and not "Luxurious" as was stated in their advert.

The colour of the dressing gown is…

The colour of the dressing gown is great but the quality doesn’t feel too good. While I’ve only used the dressing down for a few days, I’m doubtful whether it will last long. It’s okay value at £29.99 but there are maybe better dressing gowns for the same price available from other stores, such as M&S.

Good product but no hoods

we ordered two hooded dressing gown/ robes win black. they arrived after a few days.

good quality and lovely and comfortable, only things is that they didn't have hoods!

We liked them anyway!
